I have been coming here for years and really liked the place but my last experience here was very depressing. I brought my cat here who was constipated they kept him three days cost me 1400.00 gave me a bunch of medications that he would be on for life and I left. Next day I received a call for my cat to come back for further testing because they think they found glucose in his urine and blood.I thought shouldnt this have been done routinely. Well I bought him back they did a glucose test and told me its over 500mg/DL. Which is dangerous for the cat I need to leave him for a few more test to monitor and stable his sugar now my cat is also diabetic that will cost a lot more why they could not have told me this when he was there the four days I am sure that they knew this I am not pleased the way they did this. I just took my cat. He is home I will feed him accordingly, monitor his bld glucose but I will go else where I am not happy they could have done better. I talk to others and its so different. I spend money that was for bills and school I could have did both his constipation and the diabetes handling better had they moved better.

I work at a respectable and professional veterinary hospital and the experience I had today was horrible...I needed to call this clinic to get previous medical records for a mutual client and I spoke to Susie who was the rudest person I ever spoke to. I felt that is was a bother to email or fax these records, she said it would take an hour and she knew the client was in my office waiting for their appointment and she kept repeating tell the client to call her back and I repeated again they are in my office to hold on and gave phone to client to speak with this rude girl Susie, which at my hospital if another veterinary calls for mutual clients medical records we fax or email them with no problem. So, when I asked her name and to speak with her manager, she was conveniently not there so I am writing this review and will call back to speak with her manager. When I usually speak to another veterinary office we have that mutual respect between offices, I did not feel this respect at all...Amy

Never bring your pets to this animal Hospital, five days ago my Standard Poodle became ill during the night. I call the vet whom i have been taking my dog there for many years. He would not see my dog, telling me to take him somewhere else. For all the money I have spent there, I would have thought they cared. But it it all about the money they get out of you, not about the pets. My dog die, and the other vet was going to inform my vet of my dog passing. It has has been five days since my dog die, and this vet office has yet to reach out to me. So if you love your pets run away from this place.They do not care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They gave Bogus medication given to my pet, and said that the dog had heart problems. After taking her to specialist, I was told that the doctor fraudulently gave the wrong diagnosis. There wasnt anything wrong with the dogs heart, and he never gave her IV fluids as he said he did and charged us for. Do yourself a favor and stand clear of this location facility.

Excellent service very professional wont take my dogs anywhere else
