Today was my first time going to operation pets. My puppy was getting neutered today. I was so nervous and scared because Ive never done this with any of my animals before. Things couldnt have gone any more smoothly. The staff was amazing and really took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was super friendly and they treated my dog as if he was their own dog. I would totally recommend operation pets to anybody! I liked that they didnt push pain meds,the E collar, and other things on you to buy them. I felt they didnt judge me or look at me in a certain way if I didnt buy the pain meds or something that they recommended for my dog. This was a great experience for my first time ever doing this. They took such great care of my puppy and when I went to pick him up he was so happy and up beat. The vet didnt over drug him and they explained everything very throughly to me about how to care for my puppy once we got home. My puppy is up and running around as if nothing ever happened! I am so happy with the care they gave him and they did a wonderful job neutering him and they cleaned him up very nicely before giving him back to me. He also got microchipped while in surgery. Everything went smoothly. If you looking to get your animals spayed or neutered operation pets is definitely the place you want to go! Thankyou operation pets for such great work and caring so much for our animals!

I would definitely recommend this place. I have taken about 25 feral/barn cats & kittens there to be spayed/ neutered & they have done a wonderful job. Everyone is very friendly. It is very difficult to get through on the phone to get an appointment, but if you call around 2:30-3:00 you should get through. The place is very clean & so organized, especially for how busy it gets. You cant beat the price & they do a great job. Thank you to everyone who works there.

Well i hate it because they i guess cannot answer the phone at all. you cant even leave a voice mail to have them call back. i have been told many times that this was the place to go but i cant even get service and its only 2:52 they should be open as it says on their automated message. and seeing as its the afternoon they say the volume of calls should be low , it must be because i get no busy tone just no servies

Dont know what I would have done without Operation Pets! I have a mom cat and 6 babies and they took care of them all at an amazing price. All the staff I dealt with were awesome and it was a smooth running clinic. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They did a great job with my kitty. Although the staff can be gruff they do these services well at a discounted rate. They also spay and neuter feral animals so they can keep down local overpopulation and keep animals from being killed in shelters

Got my pet spade here because it was included in my adoption fee. They were all nice and surgery went well. I did hate the "we lock our doors so everyone waits outside until were ready" policy but what are you gonna do.

Everyone here was so sweet. They didnt try to over sell the microchips and everything was so convenient and well priced. As a college student trying to give my pet the best care I really appreciate all of their efforts.

Very nice staff. Excellent care of the dogs .. Affordable. I am with Better Days Are coming dog rescue and well over 100 dogs have been spayed , neutered here and NEVER one issue!!!

I took my male cat here n was great. The only thing, i wish it was open on a Saturday. Having 4 kids (n more cats to spay) its hard to get there (living where i am) by 7am
