My fur-covered family member (aka my dog) wasnt a client when I called because my dog was extremely sick. The staff immediately recognized over the phone my concern and, more importantly, believed me. They took my dog in right as soon as I dropped her off, examined her and it was mutually decided that my dog needed emergency surgery. The vet was wonderful in explaining the surgical procedure, possible complications, and recovery. The vet even called from her home on her day off to give us an update! I was able to pick my dog up the next day and was given instructions to call if needed along with pain meds & antibiotics. I did call after hours because my dog had vomited once- again they matched my concern, consulted with the vet on-call, and reassured me it was most likely due to anesthesia. Now, almost 1 week afterwards, my dog is still recovering well and we have a recheck appointment soon. IMO, this is a wonderful veterinary clinic that truly cares for the animals they see. Sure theyre busy- but to me thats just a sign that a lot more people trust their animals to their care because they are that good. As someone who used to be a vet tech many years ago Im quite judgmental in this area, and Countryside Vet Clinic has met & exceeded my expectations.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this vet office. I had to put down my dog and before this was done we made a mold of his paw print. This was the last thing that my dog touched before I had to say goodbye. When I came to pick it up a few days later it was given to me broken. I was not happy at all that it was broken and asked if they would appreciate it if they received this mold broken also. So they said that they would be able to fix it. A few days later I was told it was ready again and when I came to pick it up they gave me a whole new mold that was a mold of the original mold. Meaning that this new mold my dog did not touch. Throughout this whole experience I never received an apology from any of the vets or from the individual who broke the mold. I was told that they would be sending me an apology letter in the mail but I never received this letter and it has been over a month. I felt like this was very unprofessional and the clinic did not have the decency to follow up on there mistake. I would not recommend anyone to this vets office and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place. My cat went it and had surgery, good pricing and worked with our budget. They really took good care of her and she got better within a few weeks and we have not had an issue since. Now my dog is going in to knee surgery and I have moved 4 hrs away, Im still going to drive the 4 hrs because the orthopedic there was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and the cost of everything. When I brought my dog in to be looked at the orthopedic sat on the floor and played with my pup so I know that my dog will be taken care of and loved when I leave him. Its a good feeling knowing that you can leave you pet with people that will treat them as good as you do.

I love this place!! Friendly staff, affordable prices and kid friendly waiting area. I was previously taking my puppy English Lab to the big name pet store for their so called affordable vaccine program. This vet is WAY more affordable compared to the ridiculous price the other store charged!!! First appointment was great gave me a puppy package with samples, even some sample pet food! Very interactive Vet, loved being licked by my energetic pup. This is a great place with a nice big waiting area for children and pets. Great service compared to petco where you stand in line forever just to get a vaccine and think your getting a great deal... So glad I found this place!!

Every time I go to this vet there is something additional that needs to be done with my dog. I took her to get spayed and they postponed the spaying to treat her for diarrhea and charged me $130 without even calling me to ask if it was okay. The next week I take her in to get spayed again and (after telling them to call me first if anything else came up) they called to say they did the surgery but now it looks like she has a bladder infection that will be $130 to treat.... again?!! Thank God I told them to call first or I would have come to pick up my dog with a bill over $300!! This is ridiculous!! Do they think Im made of money?!!! I will not be taking my dog back.

So they dont recommend natural remedies. Fine. Whatever. They treat my pet for things without asking or telling me. Not fine, not fine at all. They treat me like Im a bad pet parent because my boy doesnt like the expensive prescription cat food they recommend. Yes, my cat is fat. News flash vet people, everyone in my family is fat, cats, dogs, even us humans are chunky. Their attitudes completely suck, I feel bad for the one really nice vet tech that works that. I do not recommend this vet to anyone, even in emergency situations

This has been our vet for six years. Six years, a paying customer for yearly check ups, tests, medications, whatever they recommended. Our pet has an ear infection and they would not see her because they had no available time. I called two days in a row and they said no. Just told me I could continue to call back everyday to check if they could see her or wait until her next appointment, which is two weeks away. I am changing to a new vet and do not recommend this vet to anyone.

I love this clinic! My first visits with my new puppy were great, and Dr. Hetzner was great. Very much about pup and my older dog next on his check up too. i just had a visit with a new Veterinarian and I wasnt happy. She was very cold and didnt seem to want to be there, had the technician handle my pup for the most part. He was crying and being rambunctious and she seemed very annoyed and just popped his shots. I will ask for the first vet if I go back.

Seems like they always push to have me drop of my dogs, if I dont then I have to wait at least a week for an appt. I dont want to leave my dog I want to be there to find out what is wrong and make an informed decision. If my kid is sick I dont just drop her off at the dr and wait for a phone call. So I dont want to do that with my dog.

Had to use them to board my dog for a family emergency. Picked my dog up and he smelled like s@&t and now wont stop relieving himself in his kennel. Which leads me to believe that he was not let out for his entire stay. He had previously been house broken. I will never use them again.
