Everyone at Countryside Vet. is polite and courteous. They take the time to talk and answer questions. And Dr. Jacobson, takes time with each pet, and explains the situation out to you. He will explain it all, symptoms,cures,treatments,etc,etc.,etc.. YOu are treated with respect and kindness. Its too bad we cant get more of our actual human doctors to be more like the staff at Countryside. They also call a couple days after your pets appt. to see how they are doing. I am very happy to take my pets there and feel that I wont be taken to the bank by unneccesary fees. 100% satisfaction with them!

We have always taken our pets to them and they have been wonderful, until this morning. Our dog Kimo has been seeing dr. Jacobsen for years, last night and this morning our dog was having seizures and vomiting stomach bile as well as experiencing disorientation and erratic breathing. We stayed up with our poor dog the entire night and called the office as soon as they opened this morning and dr. Jacobsen wont see him until tomorrow afternoon, despite it being an emergency. We tried pleasing with the receptionists and they flat out refused. This is the last time we will ever go here again.

Dr. Jacobson doesnt just treat the pet, he also explains carefully the problem, the issues, the solutions and the costs. He then recommends a course of action, but lets the pet parent make the decision. Hes treated many animals for us over the years and we think he is terrific.

All the staff are realy nice, knowledgeable, and helpfull. The cost for check ups and shots are very reasonable.
