Terrible customer service. The optometrist was fine, but the people working there are awful. They were like scam artists, lying about what I needed to purchase and then pushing me into buying glasses I didnt need. After walking out and realizing I had been ridiculously over charged I went back in to reimbursed. They said that the credit card machine, that they had just used, wasnt working. They told me to come back the next day. when I did, they said a manager had to run the transaction and to come back again. They gave me her schedule and she was conveniently never in when I came in. It took 5 visits before the optometrist over heard what was going on, came out of the exam room, and he processed the refund.

When I went this year to get contacts, I had to go back to have the prescription fixed, They also added me to an unwanted automated calling list, which certainly wasnt appreciated. I wont be going back.
