I had good experience with them but until today Iam really disappointed with #Dr. W medical spa. The facial package that I took was promotion package like, if u do 3 super facial then u get 2 signature facial.My first experience with super facial was just great. Then After a month when I went to take signature facial which one was free n that one is very very nice because they take 75 min with a good massage n various machines n product. It was really good. Everyones opinion was that "oh u r glowing" n That made me feel good. Than today I had appointment for another facial also ,they suggest me to do signature one .so I agreed but my experience wasnt great they werent giving me good service. it did nothing to my skin .they took only like 50min included 15min pack service.n every 20min later they just come to me n asked about new product like oxygen peel off ...if I used its good but I hv to pay extra 100$.i said no.than again after 20min theyr offered me to use casmara. Pack n I hv to pay extra 35$. They just wanted to make money Again I refused them. N I think thats y ,they not giving me a good service.n they dont use any good product. So ,,now its my question why I pay them 450$??? I already paid 350$ now my dues is 100$.n remain 2super facial. So in my facial what product theyre used.. If I need to buy separately again??? I hv next appointment in July 28,2017.for my super facial. Now Iam thinking what should I do ?? I hv to go or not?if I go what kind of service they were giving me??(last 2time I give her 10$ extra for tips)

June was really nice and made me feel relaxed. I came with a Groupon so didnt mind the hard upsells. I even opted to upgrade to the microdermabrasion (Id gotten the signature facial). To be honest I dont notice any difference at all after my facial. If anything my skin has been more oily than usual with significantly more breakouts. Also when the facial finished I got my face flashed in a hand mirror to assess if I liked the results (my face was moist with cream and blotchy). When I exited I was immediately pressured to purchase a 5 facial package and when I said Id like to see how my face looks in a few days I was met with a blank look and June just walked away exasperatedly. Needless to say Im glad I didnt agree to buy in since there was no obvious benefit to the facial. However for the price of the Groupon it was at the very least a relaxing experience.

My experience has been good until today. I first went on a Groupon i purchased for me and my mom.. we liked it and i purchased 2 packages for my mom and me over $1000. We usually give them a $20 tip but previously i gave my sis 1 of my facials and she didnt have $ avail and gave them a $4 tip granted maybe not enough but she just didnt have it And my mom only had $5 cash. We went today and the person who did my moms facial told us we owed them $11 i asked why she said we owed them tip! Isnt a tip at our descretion? Not mandatory! I am disgusted and she didnt even give my mom the 75 min facial but only 60..i didnt argue about that! Well be careful everyone and make sure you tip well or they will charge you tip $
