My mother was discharged on February 4th 2017 by a rehabilitation center and needed oxygen. She currently had a concentrator and in order for her to leave her home she needed portable oxygen tank. Delivery was made March 3rd, 2017 because they said to me that they needed a respiratory specialist to explain the new device. Today after many hours of phone calls to a foreign country, with many hang ups from them they delivered the oxygen. My mom is 88. It is criminal that she had to wait 4 weeks for delivery of oxygen. We did not receive any training for this device and I called three times this evening only to be disconnected each time. This company should not be taking medicare or private money. They should be investigated, and brought up on charges.

I have been trying to return a CPAP machine for months to Apria and have gotten nothing but the run around. During this time they are collecting money from me and my insurance company for a machine that is not being used. Customer service is abysmal. The process of getting the machine and returning the machine has been abysmal. Instead of helping me with my sleep problems, the months of aggravation I have compiled dealing with this company and my sleep doctor has made it worse. If anyone on this planet who may read this can help me get a CPAP machine returned to this company, please reach out. Thanks you.

This is advice for people who are told to get apria. D O N T I stopped using their equipment in june 2016. The oxygen product was ok. So i also had difficulty returning their equipment. Finally I threatened to return it on their doorstep and withon an hour someone came and picked it up. Im using oxygen from inogen now and its more portable and flexible than the apria one. The only problem is that they still call me to try and pick it up but wont listem to me. Generally the people are pk but their telephone system and the people manning them are lucky they have a job.

I have never gotten off of the phone without being lied to or kept on hold for at lease half an hour, or given incorrect information. Most of the customer reps seem nice on the phone but not all. They constantly are sending orders that are partial or incorrect. The warehouse inspectors seem to get it wrong most of the time. We order a monthly supply list that varies little. Perhaps they are just too big and hire too many people that are not well trained. After many years as a customer, They never improve service. They are terrible.

My mom just got them as her new O2 provider as Medicare changed providers they SUCK the tech that came out to set up her new system was awesome but when she calls they are horrible. I technically would love to rate them a negative star. I dont understand stand how they can be in business. We cant even speak with someone in charge. Very disappointed.

Apria Health care has the worst customer service imaginable. Their phone system is terrible, when calling the local branch at Elmford NY it takes them an incredible amount of time for them to even pick up the phone. To me, as a long time customer or patient of Apria, I must say it is the worst Healthcare company i have ever dealt with.

They really are the worst service company. Here you are upset about your health situation and need help and all they say is "We understand Mam but thats all we can do." From what I hear the few companies for this area are just the same. They know they have you over a barrel.

Awful. Been waiting over a month to recieve a walker. They said they would expedite the order but Im not holding my breath. Next time I will choose a different DME provider. Save yourself aggravation and start your process somewhere else.

My experience has been horrible. When you call you get routed to the Philippines. They then email Aprias office. They do not return calls. My CPAP machine is not working and I cant get anyone to call me back
