This is the worst practice I ever dealt with. The office staff are incompetent and rude. I left 5 messages after have a severe reaction on a new medication I was put on and NOBODY called back until after leaving the 5th message. My Dr was out for the week and I was told there is no other Dr on call. I was placed on short term disability and the insurance company requested records on 3/22. They never sent the records in until 4/9 and now might possibly lose my job because a decision hasnt been made yet of approval or not because the office took so long to send the records in. I called and left 3 messages with the Office manager, Jennifer, and after I threatened that I was coming into the office did she then call me back. Nothing will be done, she could care less!! Im looking to see who I could report this office too. Dont ever go to the office.

They were completely unprofessional left us waiting for so long and were so rude that we finally got up and left. dont waste your time find a real doctor theyre just looking for co pays. I was shocked by how rude the girl at the counter was and none of the appointment times I was given actually matched what was in the book. *** Update*** I have tried to speak to the office manager 3 days in a row, I left 3 different messages and never received a call back. I am having to dispute the charges on my flexible spending card, and will be reporting them for fraud if they submit claims to my insurance. No one wants to discuss anything with me, so I consider myself lucky to have discovered this on my first appointment.

Horrible experience...I will never step foot in this place again and I am reporting them. I called to report my 8 year old is having a bad reaction to the medication they prescribed, 3 days later, they still have not returned my call. The wrong name for this place, it is so stressful trying to deal with them. Nonetheless, they call to confirm your 5 oclock appointment and you sit for over an hour, why confirm ?? I will be calling my insurance company to report them and that they should take them off the referral list.

Completely unprofessional. Robin was my therapist and she behaved like a child and cancelled my appointment with another therapist I had waited for for 6 months bc she was insulted that I didnt want to see her any longer. On top of it the receptionists seem like they have no idea how they even got there. They not only dont reduce stress but they cause it.

The receptionists here are a joke. Whenever I tried to make an appointment, they either hung up on me or redirected me to someones voice mail box. Their staff are rude and disrespectful. It is impossible to even obtain a session because of how incompetent the receptionists are.
