Always an amazing experience at The Balance Health and Wellness Center! I cant say enough about this place! It has changed my emotional, spiritual, and physical health for the better! If you dont want to drive too far for your own personal wellness retreat then get your stressed out, tired, aching selves over there! I promise you, you will not regret it. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Both locations (Kings Park and Lindenhurst) are equally top notch! So many incredible, relaxing, beneficial services !! Special thanks to the man, the myth, the legend Joseph DAntona!!

Steve the body mechanic fixed me up after I pulled my back out. He is wonderful. This is not a relaxing massage. It was a deep tissue fix! I had 2 back surgeries and was nervous. I limped in and walked out. I would highly recommend their services. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone here is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I have had a massage and Ive been coming back weekly for acupuncture. Overall great experience and I recommend to all my peers!
