I hadnt been to the dentist in about twelve years before I went here; not because I have anxiety about the dentist, but because I had been lazy about going. I heard some good reviews about Baker Victory Dental, so I made an appoitment. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone, and when I showed up to my appointment, the receptionist I talk to in person was also friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Dentist. I did not catch his name, but before he did my exam, I explained to him that I do not brush everyday, so he asked me If I worry about bad breath and if I was married. I told him I do worry about bad breath and that I was not married. He made a sexist comment about how I must not care about men if I dont brush my teeth everyday. I know he was not joking because he did not smile or laugh once. Also, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was too rough, and Im pretty sure she chipped one of my front teeth. Hopefully I have a better experience the next time I visit. This appointment caused me a lot of anxiety

Absolutely awful!! I dont recommend anyone going here! Two years ago I went here for a cleaning and exam. Both the hygienist and dentist were very rude. The hygenist was too rough and the dentist told me I had 2 cavities one on each side of my mouth that would need fillings. A few weeks later I went to get one of the cavities filled and they decided they would fill a tooth that they claimed also needed a filling on the same side, it was very painful and an awful experience. I never returned for the filling I needed on the other side. After a visit to a different dentist today I was told that the cavity that they filled was done wrong. I also found out today that the cavity they claimed I had on the other side of my mouth never existed. I would NOT recommend anyone put themselves through this experience!

Got a few fillings put in here less than a year ago and from day one had nothing but issues with them. Constant pain from the first filling because it was done incorrectly and they wouldnt do anything to correct it. Then four months after getting the first filling it fell out And they wouldnt replace it, then about another five months later another filling popped out. Very unhappy with the work performed and the customer service.

I came here after many years with another dentist and I am thoroughly satisfied with my experiences here. Its been a few years now and I am treated professionally at every visit. I am always seen at my scheduled time and the work is always done to my satisfaction. I have even had a crown done here. Good place to go if you need good dental work.

I dont like there work every filling they put in ends up falling out dont recommend them there very rough the assistant basically drounds me and then goes and stabs me in back of thought with the suctioner there very unprofessional

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Theyre so kind,And go the extra step to make you feel comfortable and at ease since the dentist office can make one anxious. My dentist, Dr.Jones is awesome. Super nice guy.

Hmm, never had an issue before but I dont recommend going in on a Friday afternoon before a holiday, not impressed at all!!! Worst service I have ever had in fifty years of living!!
