We had been loyal customers for over 2 years since we got our first puppy,. We boarded our dogs there 2x/year and always purchased whatever they recommended- paid whatever they charged without question, etc....our dogs mean the world to us- theyre our kids. One of them became very ill (liver failure) and needed emergency treatment. She was kept overnight. When I picked her up, I paid all but $70 of a bill over $500. I told the receptionist I would sign the credit card slip but to pls hold it til the following day when I could deposit the money, They refused and said they didnt bill....I said Im not asking you to bill- Im giving you a signed credit card slip and asking that u wait one day before putting it through - we had been long time customers and never had a problem in the past. They refused and sent my dog home without any meds which were critical to her recovery,. They said when I paid, I could get the meds!!! They could have given me enough for one day until I could pay but they wouldnt even do that...I told them to have the meds and my dogs records ready and I would be sending someone with the balance of the money to pick them up in the morning- I will never go back there again. My husband witnessed someone coming in with a cat screeching and crying in pain, all bloody and mangled and hanging off the mans arms - the cat had just been hit by a car. The man pleaded with them to help the cat but because he didnt have the means to pay up front, they turned him away!!!!!!!!! This is clearly not a facility that cares about the animals.

My 5 yr old cat fell out of a tree, and we were convinced she had a broken leg and were expecting an over $600 bill.Dr Lewis seen her the same day I called , after never seeing her prior. After a physical exam, he seen her leg was NOT broken, gave her anti inflamitory meds and with all her other shots that needed updated, we left paying an office visit, and meds ! And my Queen kitty fell in love with him (she likes NO one) I have never met a vet that showed so much love for animals. Most vets Ive had have been a hair distant from the human-animal relationship.AND the staff was MORE than wonderful, very understanding and also impressed me as much....There has never been a point in my life I havent had a vet (for my pets ; ) ) and I am highly impressed by the office itself(very clean),the staff(even listening to them on the phone-they cared), and Dr Lewis!!! A perfect pet combo. Id highly recommend this vet to anyone. 100%

Ive taken a couple of pets here (went with a friend to take her familys dog for a check up, and later took mine and my girlfriends new kitten because she was coughing a lot). Both experiences went exactly the same. The staff are nice and the building is clean and tidy, but Dr. Lewis couldnt care less about your pet. He seems to know what hes talking about, as one would expect from a veterinarian, but during both of my visits he was very pushy and focused completely on just selling his products to me and getting me out of there without really showing much care for my pet. Hes just out to get your money and, from what I can see, has minimal love for animals. I will never be giving him my business again, and Id advise anyone that reads this to take your business elsewhere unless its an extreme emergency.

Dr Lewis is all about the service up sell and does not care about your pet. He is about making money off you and nothing else. Very unprofessional. Took my dog there, gave him a injection for arthritis and withing a day he could not walk at all and I had to put him to sleep. I have not gone back.

Lost my best friend cause of him. Office staff is rude and slow and he is too much into selling you his products and proving you wrong..
