I am devasted and very upset with there treatment. Brought my dog in October for a blood work and follow up and the Doctor gave me Vetoryl Pills for his Cushion to treat but also cut my dogs nails to deep where he was bleeding. That to me for a simple nail clipping seamed very uncareful. Took my dog back because his tail was wounded and she explained it was gangrene and that he was to old to be able to take anisthesia which I understood and excepted it. She explained that at some point the gangrene would start slowly getting worse until he would get sick and eventually die from that but that she was going to give me antibiotics to prolong the infection. Well I would like to let you know my dog got really sick from the antibiotics and had some kind of alergic reaction so I called and explained to the doctor and instead of telling him to bring him in because he had difficulty breathing she just told to drop by and we will change his medication. The day they changed the medication my Baby Frosty Died at night with the new medication. Thats what this place is all about... No Courtesy and no concern when you tell them your dog cant breath after giving him the meds... I will never recommend them to anyone....

I took my dog in because he was bit by another dog. His fave was a bit swollen and he also had an ear infection. I drained most of the pus but was scared he might have more damage than i thought. I took him to see this vet and boy did i regret it. The consultation was fairly priced. But the service was bad. The doctor took one look at him and told me he had to drain the site and put him under anesthesia. This ranged from 900 to 1300 dollars. Insane!! He then gave me medicine and the bill came up to almost 80 bucks. Then i took him to the aspca emergency clinic where he got blood work done and treated all for 234 dollars. Turns out he didnt have to get anyhing drained. Just cleaned up. He got his nails clipped, an ear exam, medication for both the ears and inflammation, all for the price of 234 dollars. The vet spent alot of time with us and explained everything going on. The consultation is 85 dollars but it bets the hell out of 1300. I really liked The vet that was there before. She was so sweet. The facility is very clean and smells nice but thats not enough for me to go back.

We brought our new rescue dog, Haddy, to City Vet last week for a health wellness check and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and treated kindly. It is clear that all staff members are passionate about their work and that they truly care for the animals. We saw Dr. Londono and were also seen by a tech named Chris, both of whom were amazing. They answered all of our questions, which were many given that we are first time dog owners, and gave us a great deal of information as to our dogs health and how to maintain her wellness. They did this all with smiles and a gentle touch- it was clear that our dog actually enjoyed her time at the vet! Prior to our visit, we had planned on seeing other vets in the area as well just to see how the experiences compared, but now we do not even want to think of taking Haddy anywhere else! I would strongly encourage anyone in the area to take their beloved pets here. Thanks for taking great care of our girl :)

Ive seen many different vets over the years and my experience at City Vet was the best ever! I have a 10 year old rescue dog who hates going to the vet. She gets very stressed and scared. Because she gets really stressed, I get really stressed. Many vet visits in the past have been unpleasant for us. I informed the staff of this and they couldnt have been more accommodating. Everyone was super nice and understanding. Dr Edmund and Fotios (the technician) gave my dog her shots and made the experience as short and pleasant as possible for her. They didnt try to oversell me on anything. I even suggested certain medication for her and they said she didnt need it. Wow! My past vets would have jumped on selling me anything extra. My dog was super happy and so was I. Will definitely go back to them and take my cat there as well. So happy to have finally found a vet that understands my dog and my needs.

Our pup Pax has been with Dr. Adams and the wonderful team at City Vet since he was a pup. We have always, from our very first visit, felt oh so cared for - from the desk staff to Dr. Adams herself. What we most appreciate is the clear, straight-forward approach of pet care - no fuss, no lofty jargon, no melodrama and all questions and concerns answered and clarified....with a warm smile and familial feeling to top it off...Not to mention how accommodating and caring the staff is whenever my wife or I have a question - we call, get on the phone with lovely Izzy and then Dr. Adams - and we are provided with helpful tips and given guidance on how to move forward...Pax is the center of our world and we only try to give him the best and weve found that at City Vet :)

It was my first time at City Vet. I took my brown tabby cat there for a regular check-up and vaccinations. I also needed advice about traveling with a pet. The team at City Vet was friendly and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the service and the information they gave me. It is absolutely great that you can be in touch with them through email and discuss any questions or concerns you may have, which is in my case is a plus. I really liked the interaction between the vet, my pet and my son - the vet let my son listen to our cats heartbeat, which was cool. :) Other than that everything went smoothly - the shots and dewormer. We will definitely be back for our health certificate before my cat Yoga flies to California with us.

Nothing but good experiences at City Vet. Dr. Rafla is our puppy Indianas vet and he is very attentive, detailed, gentle and funny. Our puppy tends to get nervous and squiggly but the kind staff help make it possible for him to get checked and helped. He recently got neutered and they were all very kind and helpful when I asked questions and had concerns. The waiting area is clean and spacious. The front desk staff is also extraordinary and kind. I have had to call and email several times about getting updated copies of his vaccines for whenever we travel. Never do I get attitude which is cool! I would recommend any pet owner to bring their pet here as they are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Citi Vet!!

My kitty had a canine tooth fall out two nights ago, and I brought him in to City Vet for the first time to get checked out. I was a mess, but the kind, loving staff calmed me down and assured me he was in good hands. I had to leave him overnight so he could have surgery on his mouth early the next morning, which I hated doing, but again, the amazing staff promised hed be very well taken care of. He finished surgery and woke up with a few less teeth, but is doing very well. The entire staff was incredible during this stressful event for us, and I couldnt be more grateful. City Vet is where we will go for all check ups (and hopefully no more emergencies) from now on!
