So far my experience has been wonderful (aside from needing dental work.) After learning my previous dentist passed away the same week I fractured the tooth underneath my crown I was on a mission to find a new dentist. I met with Concerned Dental first because they offered a free consultation (Dr. Raio does as well). I left that office not feeling comfortable with either the doctor or the pricing, so I decided to search elsewhere. I made several calls and a couple of additional appointments for 2nd opinions. All of which I cancelled after my very next stop at which I met Dr. Raio. I was pleased that Dr. Raio took a considerable amount of time to meet with me during my consultation. He clearly explained all of my options and answered all of my ignorant questions. I felt that his approach seemed much more compassionate and professional than the doctor I had previously seen at the first consultation (which was a 60 year old man with pigtails and not enough buttons on his shirt to keep with chest hair from being exposed) The day after my consultation about my loose crown/fracture the tooth decided to commit suicide during an unfortunate sneezing incident. I called Dr. Raios office for an immediate visit. They were able to move things around to see me right away. The following day I met with Dr. Raio again for an extraction of the fractured tooth. In under 24 hours I had replacement tooth in the form of a "flipper" so I wouldnt have to be embarrassed about being seen in public with a missing tooth. We will be beginning the process of replacing my two front teeth with implants this week. I feel confident with Dr. Raio leading the charge on the procedure. I would, additionally, like mention the office manager Paula has been very helpful in understanding the payment structures and financing options available to me. This review is unsolicited, uncompensated and completely candid. Went in there to get a cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning, and that it was going to cost me $1,600! They also told me I had significant bone loss! I went home with such anxiety over what I was told. I am in my early 30s and and was so scared I was going to lose my teeth! I decided to get a second opinion before freaking out and spending the money. My current dentist told me my teeth and gums were fine and I dont have significant bone loss and that I did NOT need that deep cleaning! They tried scamming me and I left so worried. Another thing, I wanted to get my medical records and x rays to bring to my new dentist and they said it was going to cost me $25 just to get a few pieces of paper! I was only there 1 time! I called my insurance company to let them know what they are trying to charge me for my records. They called Raio and advised them they are not allowed to charge that much for records!! The girls at the desk didnt really know what was going on. Needless to say it was a horrible experience! Be smart and always get s second opinion, dont be intimidated to go above and beyond to call people out when they try to sell you something.

Absolutely terrible! My teeth had zero pain before entering this office. They took Xrays and told me I had 5 cavities. I did not even let them work on all of them. One of my teeth the dentist drilled too far and exposed my nerve and now I need to have a root canal. She kept on saying "its the bite, we will adjust your bite." Well it definitely was not the bite. I have awesome teeth and now she just ruined them! THEN when I went to ask for a copy of my own Xrays from the office to see another dentist, they wanted to change me $25 for my Xrays! Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever seen. Biggest regret because now I need TWO root canals done based on her terrible abilities to fill a routine cavity which at this point I am not sure even existed based on these money hungry hack job dentists!

I walked into Raio Dental today, bc one of my veneers fell out. I work in the same complex and was advised by a coworker to go there bc it was an emergency. First off, what a beautiful office. Second, the staff there were so understanding , friendly, and very helpful. Of course the day I needed help, they were down 2 doctors, and even so, they were ALL so GREAT and did their best to get me seen and fixed up. Even though I had to wait longer then I would probably have if they had full staff, I will def being considering changing dentist. They got me in and fixed up and I couldnt be more grateful. And the massage chair was just an added bonus. THANK YOU SO MUCH RAIO DENTAL IN MY TIME OF NEED :)

The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They always have a smile on their face and they make sure that youre taken care of. The doctors are amazing, they take their time to make you understand and advise only what is needed and always make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have been to a couple other dental offices and they were nothing compared to Raio Dental. Also, they really work with you on payment plans and financing which is affordable for anyone, including myself which lessens the stress of having to go to the dentist. I highly recommend this office and I will never go anywhere else!!!

You wait months to get a simple dental cleaning. Multiple times I have had appointments and I call to confirm and they have no idea what I am talking about. When you go to your appointment there are a million people in the waiting room that you have to stand. You wait forever to be called in. Once youre in the chair youre in and out. The staff are just so-so. Sometimes they are nice other times they are moody. I am shopping around now for a new dental office because I am not very satisfied with them personally. I think I can def find a better office.

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been too. From beginning to end the staff has been exceptional! They are so nice, upbeat and helpful. I experienced no pain when I had my work done and its been such a pleasure going to each appointment. They really care about their patients because they actually take the time to sit down with you and explain all of your options and help work out payments. I would recommend Raio Dental to everyone looking for a beautiful office with kind, caring and professional staff and doctors!

My experience at Raio Dental is very positive. My family and I have been coming here for over a year on the recommendation of a friend. Both Dr. Raio and Dr. Mackey are excellent with attention to detail. All of the staff Raio Dental are friendly and comforting. They always try to accommodate our schedule. I am very happy.
