Weve been bringing our daughter to Dr. Kim for three years and I am so grateful that we have her as her dentist. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and experienced with kids. The facility is cozy and my daughter enjoys her favorite movies while she is on the dental chair - Shes never seen a TV on the ceiling before. ;) Dr. Kim has always been accessible and prompt whenever Ive had a question outside of the office visit as well. This really gives me piece of mind and I really feel like that my daughter has a personal dentist. I drive from Jersey City (Newport) to New Rochelle, NY which takes an hour to see her. - Obviously, we love Dr. Kim that much!

Dr. Kim is incredibly kind and patient with the kids. If you call the office during off hours there is a number to call in case of emergency, which is very reassuring. Ive searched for a dentist that my children will like and takes my insurance- Dr. Kim fit both criteria. My daughter loved the office so much that after a day of activities when I asked what she liked the best she said going to the dentist!

The office is always empty..Shes not a kids specialist, she speaks to them like adults. Shes a horrible boss, she has new employees every 3 months meaning people dont stay in her office a long time, theres not cell phones allowed, no internet, and shes very greedy for money. Not a good practice to take your kids at all.

Overall, horrible experience. I will never bring my kids here again. They have bad communication with their customers; very greedy for their money. Wish I could not put a star to evaluate them.
