Wish i could give a zero rating. Syndenham health is the worstttt clinic ever. Their staffing especially "Ms. Hunt" the receptionist is beyond disrespectful and have no manners. I just spoke to her on the phone in regard to my OBGYN appointment that they changed without my permission and she was very condescending. This is the second time they did this. Please save your energy and go somewhere else! I scheduled my appointment for june 23 at 11 am and took the day off from work and she called me thid morning stating my appointment is not june 23 but june 16 and the doctor is fully booked for june 23. I will never go to this clinic again. The OBGYN Ms, Campbell is very nice and professional but the rest of the staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They treat and talk to patients like we are in the streets. All patients should start writing their experiences so the city can either closed this horror clinic or fired those who have no business working there. They are clearly only there to collect a check. Zero customer service!

This is the ultimate worse place to go. No one here believes in great Customer Service or even know what it means. The staff walks around with attitudes and when you ask for help staff do not care to assist you. The energy is very low in this facility and the service sucks. Please hire better employees who actually care about peoples well being rather than a paycheck. I wish no stars was an option because 1 is too much!!!
