Just terrible communication and the way they treat their patients for prescription refill. I had to call 3 times over the course of 5 days to finally speak to the nurse (Jessica) about getting my refill, only to be told I had to come in. This was after them repeatedly telling that the refill will go through and that the nurse would call me and confirm.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Romanos for several years. Hes the best - very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner and he takes the time to explain your issue and the best available options.
