Ive been going to this office for almost two years trying to treat a simple skin condition, doctor I was seeing told me I need continuous therapy to address it. After a year there was no improvement and the doctor I was seeing left this practice. However 6 months later Ive received a ridiculous bill with charges for diagnosis I didnt receive and the office refused to rectify this claiming that since the doctor is not there they will only go by her office notes. Their billing clerk was uncouth and acted as if she was doing me a favor just talking to me. After several calls I gave up and just paid the bill, but fact remains this an overpriced over hyped practice, if you need your pimples injected with cortisone before a date this is a place for you, if you have a real skin problem look elsewhere. On a side note, my condition was resolved within a month at another dermatology office, wish more skill came with the high price tag of Tribeca Park.

I will never go to another dermatologist. Dr Geyer has been treating me for cebaceous cysts since he was at his other practice. When he moved to TriBeCa Park, I followed him there, I even went to his temporary space on Duane Street which he shared with Dr Simonte (a fab allergist). When I cant get an appointment with him, I always feel like Im in good hands with his associates. The office is spotless, the desk staff is courteous and friendly, and the care is excellent.

Went to him after reading reviews about him. I had to get a pilar cyst removed. Felt very comfortable dealing with him and his office. I was a little nervous about getting stitches, he calmed me down. Very professional, takes time to answer every question/concern you have. Explained everything in a way I could understand. When he says it wont hurt--trust me..it wont. Yea..he also has a good sense of humor. If only I could find a primary care physician this good.

I cannot save enough about Dr. Geyer. He squeezed me in as a new patient the day before my insurance expired and while I was in no insurance limbo for one month until my new insurance kicked in he saw me gratis. He is a superb diagnostician and clinician and he is a really decent human being who cares. Is he quick - yes; but I consider that efficient! All the other dermatologists in this group practice are supposed to be terrific too.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff (both the person who answers the phone, as well as the office manager). I wont be going back. I left a message to inform the doctor of the two horrible interactions, but have not been able to reach her. I hope they do some training for the front desk staff on how to be respectful to patients. It was totally unacceptable.
