Dr. Dvoretsky is a really good doctor who helped me a lot when I got an infection in my eye from my contacts. Overall, the staff is nice and made it easy for first time contact wheres. However, I when in to pick up my contacts and the lady in charged (Sonia) almost gave me the WRONG contact supply from another person who also has the same last name as me. According to her I owed 42$ when I had payed everything with a debit card. She didnt care to ask me whats my first name and it was me who actually figured out that they had the wrong person. I had to go again the next day to try to solve the issue which was really inconvenient. She could have made both of our lives easier by just asking a simple question, whats your first name? It was really annoying and she bribe to take the other persons contacts and to just leave out one of their contact supply, and not to pay the 42$. Please check your name on the reicipt and for them to correctly do their job...

I absolutely loved my experience at VistaSite Eye Care. I went in for a contact lens exam and fitting. It was the first time I had ever done this and I was a little nervous; the doctor was patient, kind, professional, and friendly. She also answered all of my questions. The staff was equally lovely, helped me to put my contacts in and out, and made the whole process as quick, painless, and enjoyable as possible. They know their stuff: the admin staff knew exactly how to deal with my insurance, and the doctor knew every answer to my slew of detailed questions. If I ever need eye care again in the city, Im going straight back.

Not complaint the doctor but the business. Bought a groupon online for the eye exam and $250 toward a pair of glasses. Went to their Bay Plaza Mall store. Frames are very expensive. Chose a relative cheap one and ask the estimate price, told me I have to take exam before can tell the price. Fine, after exam, I was told the price for the glasses is about $800 and I have to either pay for the glasses or pay regular price for exam I had given. So I chose to pay them additional $25 cash to bail myself out. Their groupon is a joke, kind of cheating. I bought a nice pair of glasses online for only $70.

Brilliant from the moment I first called. Martyna answered the phone and was great. I was having an eye emergency and she had me come right in. In person she was even better than on the phone. Super personality and super helpful. I saw Dr. Dvoretsky and he was awesome. He is so knowledgeable and he explained everything that was going on in my eye. My follow up visits were the same. Each time greeted by the friendly and wonderful Martyna and Dr Dvoretsky took great care of me. If you need any type of eye care and you are the Heights...do not hesitate!

I cannot imagine better service from another eye care professional. I always receive incredible care. A couple of years ago I had trouble with a pair of bifocal lenses and this team worked with me and ultimately gave me a different pair of lenses made with a different material for free. They hadnt made an error, I am merely very sensitive. They continue to exceed my expectations. While the frame choices are relatively limited, they make excellent, stylish choices.

Get ready for high prices and the hustle of your life if you choose this place! You might as well shop for a used car.... they will probably treat you with more respect at the car lot. And you just might find a small vehicle for about the price of glasses you find at Vista Site once theyre done adding on useless lens coatings and extras. Unhappy with your purchase? Thats your real ticket to the Dark Side, trust me....

We have been buying our sons glasses here for a number of years (super cute Ray bans). We went tonight to get a new pair, and I have to say that the ladies that helped us were really terrific--super patient, pleasant and helpful. We have found the customer service to always be great-they just seem to want to help. Kids glasses can be tough--and having these nice ladies to deal with makes the experience that much easier.

Dr Dvoretsky was professional, punctual and got my Rx just right (which has not always been my experience at other places). The staff was friendly and they had a great selection of frames to choose from. Im very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Very good doctor and helpful staff. The receptionist needs to be changed!!! She never smiled (except with her coworkers),looked as if she hated everyone who walked in or calls. It is sad because otherwise great doctors and very clean and welcoming office.
