Showed up for appointment on time with a patient. Waited over and hour to be seen, then was given an attitude when asked how much longer of a wait. Reason for wait time was they are short staffed and not sure how much longer well have to wait. Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff.

Called to schedule an appointment but was told by my insurance that this insurance was out of my coverage. They still billed me for a NO show appointment eventhough calling to explain the situation. The young lady I spoke to was very rude and condicensing over the phone.
