I was told that the cost of a night guard was $450 and my insurance would not cover the cost. I asked them to submit the claim to the insurance company anyway!! The staff told me they will and after several days they told me they did and it was not covered!! Which I found hard to believe. Long story short.... my insurance did cover it!!! The dentist tried to pocket $351.60 of my money. Cost of Guard $450.00, my cost after insurance $98.40. Dr. B not sure how to respond back to your reply to my review, so I will add more to my original review. First of all, my review is accurate and I know ALL the facts. Second, your office manager called me and told me she put in the claim and the insurance did not cover. Therefore I called my insurance company to find out that your office never even submitted the claim. Which then I had the rep 3 way call your office manager to inform her that the guard is covered. Third, it is your responsibility as a service provider to know how to bill correctly and predetermine the cost before having them sign a form agreeing to pay $450. You knew in advance what I was coming in for and could have easily checked with my insurance prior, instead your office manager tells me no insurance covers a mouth guard! Come on now... 34 years in the business you know thats not true!!! Lastly, I picked up my guard today and you guys couldnt even provide me with a container. I literally received the guard in a sealed bag!! I guess that was your way of getting back for my review.

Dont understand how Dr.Bieber has 4 stars, If I can give this place no stars or 1/2 a star I would but thats not an option. Went as a first time patient and Dr.Bieber didnt even take the time to get to know me, look at me or nothing (regarding my teeth) Instead he made me go into the room get paid thru my insurance for what I wanted was a cleaning and he didnt even look at my teeth, instead he said he Would follow up with me (for what? To get paid thru my insurance again for nothing?) Ive tried calling several times to follow up and no one answers the phone. Definitely not what I expected as a first time patient there. Highly disappointed and wont be going back. Just dont understand how you can treat a first time patient like that, normally youd give a first time patient a good experience to remember so that they continue to come back for your service. Not with him. Then again I should of realized as I was waiting in the waiting area and he only spent about 10/15 mins tops with the patients before me.

We I know Dr Bieber for about 19 years now. I went to some other dentists on my plan for consultations about some missing teeth in the front of my mouth. They all were pushing implants which were way to expensive for the amount of teeth I needed. Some said they would do a partial with crowns which I was not going to do which is a removal devise which also means false teeth. So I made an appointment with Dr Bieber and he explained my options. Well I now have a perfect fixed upper bridge side to side and another lower right side set of crowns as well. He was the only dentist that was wiling to help me. Did it cost me some money out of pocket yes but not as much as paying without some coverage. Hats off to Dr Bruce Bieber the dentists dentist. Thanks again DR B. I can smile again and eat. Steve E.

Dr. Bieber has become my favorite dentist! Im 49 years old and have had many dentists and lots of dental work. My husband and I were looking for a new dentist. As we looked under our plan to see who took our insurance we noticed Dr. Bieber was very close to home. After being treated by him I would continue going to him even if he wasnt close to home. He is friendly and efficient. He is very good with sticking to his appointment times. The only time I waited was my first appointment and that was because I had to fill out paperwork. His office isnt fancy but Im more concerned about having a competent dentist. I barely feel a pinch when getting needles. He makes me feel very comfortable. My husband, who is a big critic, likes him too! His office staff are very pleasant too.

Im giving Dr. Beiber another chance. He called me on 4/30 personally and expressed his sincere apologies and stated he will follow-up on my cleaning. Throughout the week I have left several voicemails to follow-up on my appt and there was no response. Whenever I called the office during normal business hours, nobody picked up and I was very disappointed. I went to Dr. Beiber about two weeks ago for a regular cleaning. No cleaning was done. I hope to have my cleaning done soon. Its much needed.

My family has been coming to Dr. Biebers office for a few years now. It is always easy to get an appointment and we have very little to no wait time. Dr. Bieber explains everything thoroughly and makes sure we are very comfortable with everything being done. The office is never a hectic environment which for me is a plus and instead it has a more personal feel. He does an amazing job and I would refer him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Bieber for over 15 years. I find him very professional and has a great beside (or chairside?) manner. I never feel rushed and he always has time to answer questions I may have. Before any procedure he thoroughly explains my options. He does not overbook so you will not be waiting long once you arrive for your appointment. I would recommend Dr. Bieber to anyone.

Dr Bieber was incredible. Although he is not a pediatric dentist, he treated my children with an incredible "charm" -he spoke to them as adults and not babies. He was punctual, thorough, and had tremendous patience. Thanks to Dr. Bieber and his awesome receptionist, taking my four children (ages 4, 8,9,and 10) was not a chore but a pleasure. I would highly recommend him.

If zero stars was an option this office would get it. The office was not the cleanest dentist office which made it kind of intimidating. The appointment was fast, a little too fast. 5 minutes doesnt seem like enough time to get a good look of my mouth AND chart it with no assistance. He really seemed to be in a rush, brushed off questions, really unprofessional.

In addition to being a friendly and approachable individual, he is well versed with recent advances in his profession and the procedures he performs are painless. There is little to no wait time when you make an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bieber.

Fantastic bed side manner. Really focuses on the patient and never makes me feel rushed. Hard to find a doctor or dentist these days that generally cares about the patient. My entire family uses him. Thank you Dr. Bieber! Would highly recommend :)
