Horrible experience. I was recomended by my primary care physician, who is also a pro-health affiliate. The front desk is horrible, i can look past a mistake, but 3 mistakes in 2 visits is unacceptable. I set a follow up appointment with them before leaving and they took it upon themselves to change the date and time and not tell me until the day before, when they called with an appointment reminder. Both times i was there, the office was empty, yet they still had me waiting for almost an hour. Having an appointment and still being forced to wait when the office is empty is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend to anyone and i myself will never return.

Does not care about you ! Find a better Doctor. I am a patient of record, recently treated for asthma, but when my symptoms returned, the office would not give me an appointment - they were too busy to see me as Dr Baktidy was going on vacation soon... I asked to at least have him call me but he would not. I left several messages, his secretary, Bonnie, told me to go elsewhere... But he is my Doctor! He is supposed to treat me and care for me, that is what being a doctor is about!!! This guy couldnt even give me the courtesy of a call???? Absolutely ridiculous....

I had a wonderful experience at this office, very courteous and professional, Dr Baktidy took time to do my physical exam and then sat with me at his office and explained to me in details the treatment plan, later on a follow up visit he reviewed all results and showed me on the computer screen the results of my test, he gave me his opinion and presented all treatment options. I feel very comfortable trusting my health to him and traveling 40-45 minutes to his office when I have an appointment. I highly recommend him

Friendly staff with a sense of humor! Appointments are on time. Dr Baktidy is knowledgeable, funny and absolutely knows what he is doing! Thank you for solving husbands issues.. I sleep better now lol.
