The only reason this is not 1 star is because Anjli Kakwani was filling in from what I was told. I had the worst cough of my life, can not lay down without coughing so hard it hurts. The only reason to go to these places instead of your own doctor is timing and convenience but I still expect to be seen by a real doctor that knows what to do. I did not receive a chest x ray or a flu test and I asked if I need one. She said it was viral and that she would prescribe me something to my pharmacy. For some reason I trusted that it would be an antibiotic or some cough syrup with codeine. PA Kakwani prescribed me Zyrtec, Flonase and Bromfed. Bromfed is the cough syrup and the only med that actually needed a prescription for. I do not understand what she was thinking. I hope this is not pneumonia or bronchitis. This is not like trying a restaurant and not liking it. This is someone filling in for a real doctor and rushing to see as many patients as possible. Last night I coughed and was up the entire night. I now have to see a real doctor. I will never go back.

I had a great experience with Dr Gracious and Joanne. They were professional and listened to my symptoms. They didnt just hurry me off to go to another patient. The office was clean. I will definitely be using this Urgent Care Center again and will tell others about it. Thank you "Gracious John" and Joanne.

I had a style that had become infected. I was seen by Eric, a physicians assistant, who prescribed an ointment and advised me to follow up with my ophthalmologist. The office was clean and bright and the receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. I will certainly go there again if I need to.

Wonderful! They are very professional. I had gone there a few times with my son, then I went alone and they remembered me and asked how he was doing. It made me remember when I was younger and the doctors took the time to get to know me. I would recommend them highly!

Cant say enough positive things about our experience at Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care on South Oyster Bay Road in Plainview. The space was clean, everyone was polite, friendly and professional and they even called a few days later to check on my daughter!

I was seen by a doctor working two minutes of being escorted to a room. My doctor was very informative and spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I didnt feel rushed in anyway. He was knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend this place to others
