Worst...experience...ever. The receptionists and nurses are incredibly rude and if you show up for an appointment 10 minutes early, you will be waiting for an additional 45 minutes to see your doctor. They order tons of unnecessary tests for you and somehow scam your insurance into paying for them. As soon as you step through the door, they want a sample of your urine to do a very inaccurate dip test and charge you an extra $2 copay. If youre on hormonal birth control pills and you have never had an abnormal pap test, they will still insist on seeing you every 3-6 months or they will not refill your prescription. Im so glad I left that place and moved on to a more level-headed doctor.

The nurse who performed my exam didnt wear gloves. She didnt wear gloves during the breast exam, not too bothered by that, however, when someone shoves 2 cold fingers into your vagina without gloves on thats a different story. Ontop of that she only washed her hands afterwards not before the exam. Even my primary care doctor wears gloves just to touch my stomach. Reception staff was ok. I came in 30 mins earlier to fill out paper work and i guess i must have taken longer than they are ok with since i heard one of the staff members make a rude remark. I would have ignored the poor reception, but that but the whole experience was just awful. Would not recommend, would not return.

Unprofessional, absolute nightmare to deal with-If youd like to be treated like cattle on a factory line, this is your place. Where to start...Misdiagnosed on several occasions by two different doctors and treated poorly. Told I was "being silly" when expressed being in pain and was left with a "well, maybe just toughen up and deal with it" attitude when questioned serious ongoing issues and medicine prescribed which caused health issues that raised red flags with my GP. Please look elsewhere for decent womens healthcare. Would not recommend to factory to any woman.

This practice has been around for a long time. They have so many doctors that you never get to see the same one twice....the office workers are rude and treat the patients like garbage. Most obgyn's take a month to get a new patient appointment so most ppl just choose to stay with Suffolk OBGYN'S. Even if you have an emergency they take forever to get you in, even though they have such a large staff of dr's. Do yourself a favor and choose yourself a dr that will know you by name and will treat you like a person not a paycheck.

Worst office. The front desk staff are so nasty . One doctor scolded my mother for getting pregnany when she was 40 and told her that the baby would have severe health issues. Now shes 7 and smarter than most. Taking my records, and leaving. Dr. Petraco is awful and so is the establishment. They need new staff. The front desk shouldnt work with patients. If you hate your job so much...get a different one

This place doesnt even so deserve the one star! To start their professional mannerisms are non-existent, their communication skills poor. Dimwitted doctors with attitude, would not recommend to anyone. Unable to even calculate a due date. Time for some doctors to retire and others need to hit the books and learn more of their profession because they seem to know nothing.

The management at this place is obnoxious! The place is run like a concentration camp and everyone is miserable! Although my doctor is very competent, this office is run by idiots! Glad all the staff I did love had the brains to get out of there and move on. Doesnt deserve the one star I gave it!

Although I had an early appointment on the weekend, one of the first appointments of the day, for which I managed to show up early, I somehow had a wait time of over an hour. On a separate visit one of the doctors told me I was wrong when I said the colposcopy was painful.

I been going there for over 16 years and have loved my experience with them. Dr. Shaffrin is awesome and I had the pleasure of meeting most of the doctors during my pregnancy and had no issues what so ever. The reception staff have also all been great to me as well.

Dr. SanRoman is great, but the people at the reception desk are nothing but RUDE and unprofessional. They act like each call/appointment is an inconvenience to them and always have an attitude AND I have to fill out the same damn paperwork each time I go there.

There are many doctors - you dont get to see the same one. Basically I was treated like cattle. The receptionists are also very rude and dont try to acknowledge that you are a person/patient.

NEVER Answer the phone. Called 5 times in a week and never once picked up after waiting for 10+ mins. Horrible customer service. Doctors visits are never great either.
