I called back in August to see if they were able to accept my daughter for ortho treatment. I was advised yes. I took her in for an appointment, only to have to reschedule, due to a staff being out of the office. I got all the way there though. The secretary I spoke with was VERY rude. While sitting in the office, another parent states that secretary is ALWAYS rude. I rescheduled, we completed casts of her teeth and was advised would take a few weeks to get back. I called in late September, inquiring about status. They advised they arent sure what happened and will send back. Now, fast forward to today 10/23, almost 2 months later, I called insurance, who advised they dont even have a claim from the office. I call the doctors office, who then tells me that Dr. West isnt accepting new patients?!?!!?!? Whats that have to do with the fact that my daughter has been waiting for 2 months and now cannot even be seen and has to start over somewhere else!??!!! Not happy about this at all!

This is supposed to be a pediatric dentistry, yet there were no changing tables in the bathroom nor toys to play with in the waiting room. There were no separate rooms to clean teeth in, the dentist chairs were side by side in the same room. A little girl was screaming for her mama in the seat next to my sons, and since this was his first time, this terrified him and he asked never to go to the dentist again. The dentist wasnt very child friendly either, he instructed us to pin my son down and he pried his mouth open. Very bad experience.

Ive been coming here with my three girls for years now. Everyone that works here is so friendly and genuinely wants to help and see you satisfied. Dr. Bork is an extremely child-friendly dentist. Hes not just "nice" - hes patient, understanding, and above all, sympathetic. Checkups are usually uneventful, but when my kids need a cavity filled, you can really see where these folks shine. Im so glad to have a dentist close by that my kids love!!

My girls have been going there for years. However, I just took my 2 1/2 year old and when I went to schedule his next appointment, I was told I couldnt make an afternoon appointment for him. Working moms beware!!!! If you try to make an afternoon appointment for a young child, they wont let you! Its hard when your work schedule doesnt allow for anytime of day.

I have gone here several times and the staff has always been pleasant. There are toys and books in the waiting room. Also there are changing tables in the bathroom at the other end of the hall. The staff at the dentists office has no control over where the owners of the building install changing tables.

I love this place. Friendly, welcoming and informative staff. Clean and kids friendly office. Only negative: the schedules should have after school hours but otherwise EXCELLENT place for kids. I wish I could be seen here.
