I came with a older Chihuahua, to Stone Ridge Veterinarian Clinic who was in very bad shape yesterday!!! She was traumatized due to pure neglect by a well known Veterinarian Clinic in Conroe with a 5 star rating on FB. Brandy had been seeing this particular Veterinarian for several years (Sometimes what people seem like on the outside doesnt quite match what is truly in their ❤). I am not one to jump from clinic to clinic and I really gave this Dr. and his "Sr Tech" of 20yrs??? a very fair chance. I lost the mother of Brandy 1yr ago (almost to the day) due to pure negligence on their part. I then trusted this clinic again with Brandy. Along with the ER clinic (who clearly work extremely closely together) if one makes a mistake then the other is right there to back them, even if it cost the death of an animal) Brandy visited this ER a week ago Sunday with surgery required ASAP the Monday following with the Veterinarian Clinic in question. She did have the surgery, and made it out alive. With very little concern with other problems present that were just as severe but never addressed by this popular Vet. The ER (to me) clearly showed CD and copies of test that had been run. (I had copies myself to be delivered the next AM) along with an urgent fax with all findings. Yes, my dog did make it through the surgery but with alot of pain because all other issues were not considered or overlooked???!!!! By Friday Brandy was in such bad shape, not eating or drinking I was forced to do by a medicine syringe, just to keep her hydrated and fed. Thank God I found this fantastic Veterinarian Clinic and Dr Hall (a little further than the other) but.....I was totally amazed at this complete Clinic, from the phone call to make an appt (first answering "is this an emergency" to the completion of making the appt. Very concerned about you and your pet (even 1st visit) To walking into the most inviting atmosphere. The clinic which clearly was an extremely well organized Clinic with such devoted employees. They had soft drinks, coffee and water available for your convievce and comfort. The most wonderful Tech who called me to the room, helped me with my things as she saw I had several things as well as Brandy. I really have never been to a regular Dr. appt where I was treated so well. She took all the time to get a great feel for my visit (as well as reading all paperwork Id brought with me, to try to get some kind of answers as to my dogs struggling, this past week, as well as true concern as to my feelings of complete dispare, as what could be done, and any straight answers that I could get from them) She not only was very comforting to Brandy but me as well. We had been up basically 4 days (in survival mode) Ive ALWAYS had dogs and always been to Veterinarian before but.......this one by far is top notch. Dr Hall was completely honist after reading over the paperwork and completing a required test to assess Brandys situation. She entered the very comfortable room equipped with a television and an exam table which had a nice pad for her to examine Brandy (instead of that cold metal table) which was much easier on Brandy. She respected the fact Brandy clearly had been traumatized by the events the week prior. I have not ever been to a Veterinarian who had quite the gift of being able to read my dog as well as myself. The outlook for Brandy is questionable at this point. Delivery of our possibilities was honist but put very gentle. Reguardless of Brandys outcome (praying for the best) I will continue using this Veterinarian Clinic in the event I may decide to get another dog one day.(if the outcome isnt favorable) My daughter and her friends are getting on their FB to give a true view as to how well Brandy and I have been treated at Stone Ridge and the quality care given with very much compassion (but also let out the true nature of negligence of this particular Veterinarian Clinic in Conroe) she is a true animal lover as well as all of her friends and was horrified at the treatment that we had received from them. Thank you, so much!!

OMG these people are the best. My puppie late thurdays night ate a toy. I didnt realize it till late Saturday when she was throwing up violently. I took her to a vet emergency room and did not have the money they were asking for. Come Monday as she was crashing (her health had gone down hell) Stone Ridge took her in and treated her as one of there own. They did xrays and found the toy in the stomach but the xray showed there was a unknown issue with her intestines. The agreed to do the surgery on her and started at 230 They finally finished at 9:00. My baby was still alive and I feel these vets put there heart and soul into saving a dogs life. They have been so attentive to her needs and her health I am so grateful and impressed. They sat there and talked to me as I asked the same question over and over because I was exhausted mentally and physically. They saw me cry and they have seen me smile. I have moved my puppy from her current vet to them and she will be there for the rest of her days hear on earth. My puppy is not out of the woods yet but shes sniffing in the correct direction. I have and will recommend these people to everyone. If it wasnt for this these awesome vets that took there time with her she would be dead today. The front office staff was so great with me as I started to cry at the drop of a hat and Carla helped me out in so many ways. thank you again

Let me start by saying that the vet techs at this location are amazing-compassionate, helpful, kind. The lack of customer service and poor attitude of the front desk associates makes for a very uncomfortable greeting upon arrival. The wait time is extreme-especially when your pet is traumatized by being in a carrier. Three times our appointments were confused by the front desk and had to be rescheduled, twice we sat on hold for 30 minutes in attempt to make appointments, once we had to be seen by a rotating vet that spent 3 minutes telling us our cat was fine and rushing us out the door. Never once were we notified that our regular vet would not be there, and our cat actually had a serious skin infection and was not fine. Lastly, it is unprofessional to lie to customers about their pets. If you lost or did not take a blood sample, own up to it. Dont tell me that my pet is in flawless health when you never actually ran the tests that you charged me for. Please stay away, you owe it to your pets.

The vet techs were great, the vet we seen was also great. The front desk is not so great, we called ahead because we were low on funds before the Christmas holiday and talked to a receptionist who told us what the price would be for the visit. When all was said and done, our charges were triple what we were told. None of the receptionist would admit they told us one thing and charged another. We even spoke with the head vet lady who basically told us we were lieing! Very expensive place and obviously shady pricing. They dont stand by their word. The receptionist straight lied about withholding fees we were going to be charged and cost us a bunch of money and then threw us off the bus and wouldnt stand by what she said. I will never go there again!
