This was my first and last visit to this office. Its unfortunate because its so close to home, but uncaring staff is not worth the convenience. The first woman at the front desk was very sweet and handed me my five pages of paperwork including a page where you write out your payment information. The older woman I handed my paperwork into made it a point to loudly scold me because I didnt know the address of the 24hr CVS pharmacy off of LI Ave. I apologized and she continued to go on about how I was wrong. When she asked me for my payment, I informed her that I would be using the same credit card that I indicated on the paperwork. Again, loudly so that everyone can hear said "what, you dont have it on you?". Out of embarrassment,I handed her my credit card and sat down. When I got to see the doctor, his first question was if I have had the flu shot this year. I said no, smiled, and said sorry. His answer was " I dont care, its not my body!”. He quickly finished the exam, told me I was fine, but gave me a prescription for cough medicine anyway, and then said I would be sick for the next 7-10 days, and walks out.... How am I fine and sick at the same time!? Astonishingly disappointed.

I usually never have a problem, however my most reason visit is my last. I got in quick. The Nurse that was helping me seemed nice until the end. The nurse that took my vitals came in to explain what medication was sent to pharmacy. She put her leg over her other where I could see, she had Krocs on with NO SOCKS. The krocs were filthy. From having her foot in my face I noticed her hands where also dirty. She has dirty under her nails. It was just disgusting. Nurse should not have Krocs with no socks and be dirty. she touched me to take my vitals.

My boyfriend and I came to stat health for a follow up appointment on his leg. From the moment we arrived every staff member was outstanding ! There was minimal wait time to be seen. The staff showed genuine concern for the presenting problem and the well being of my boyfriend . The staff was friendly and knowledge . They communicated what they were doing and what he would need to do to take care of his leg. The even made a painful experience fun! We definetly have a new place to come for our medical needs!

reception was pleasant and helpful, but i have to say, bring a friend or else youll be left in the room listening to them talk about you. just paid 130$ to keep taking the medicine Ive been taking and to listen to a woman bad mouth me who doesnt know an ounce of who i am as a person.

just left stat health and thanks to TOM the site supervisor my visit went very smooth nice and easy and i was in and out. he really cares about people he made me feel welcome. THANK YOU TOM you are an amazing person 5 stars to you!!!!!

Went after I fell off my motorcycle. Got examined, X-ray and tetnis shot in under 40 minutes. First rate Doctors and Tech! Super clean and high tech! Would go to again in a heartbeat!

Ignore the fake reviews, they just attempted to charge me $162 to have a doctor look at a cut and the staff was rude. The only upside was that the chairs were comfortable
