I made an appointment for 1030 am and showed up ten minutes early. I was greeted when I arrived and was told they would be right with me. After waiting thirty minutes I asked how much longer it would be as I had only taken an hour off from work. They had forgotten about me even though I was sitting in plain view, they offered to reschedule. I had to leave and go back to work. I made an appointment with another eye Doctor. I would not recommend empire vision as they wasted my time. Robert Moore

Additudes are very nasty. The one in Schenectady needs to teach their staff about sympathetic, and learn how to act warm and kind. A cold and miserable place. The workers seems to act depressed and ice cold. I have been a loyal customer for years. I wish the owner have a 5 question poll and ask how was every customer service and time there. Alot of the workers there would be fired of how nasty and rude they are.

Unfortunately, there was a 4 week wait for the next availible appointment which is not terrible from my previous experiences. However, when I called in to confirm my appointment they told me the appointment was cancelled. Now, I need to wait another 4 weeks to have an eye exam. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

What a waste of time. Those people that works in there do not know how to do their job and are rude. I made an appointment for my daughter then they told me that she have to be 7 year old to be assisted by their doctors.
