This review is for the Petsmart on Forest Avenue. I have been coming here for over 6 years for grooming and vaccinations for my 3 pets. I called to make an appointment for my dogs to be groomed and was told I needed to renew rabies shots for my animals. I was told I can come in today to have those shots done so the dogs could be groomed the following day. I meet with a woman named Cathy who should not be interacting with people. She may be good with dogs, but clearly people are not her forte. For a place that just opened, you would think she just worked an 18 hour shift. Shes immediately aggravated and doesnt want to do any additional work. I wont be returning here for any services as I feel I was treated like a moron for coming without an appointment even though I was advised to. Petsmart: you need to pay more to find more competent employees because these people act like trash and ultimately will put you under. Now that I see the terrible reviews you already have, I understand the dynamic. Lets see if Cheif of Staff Cindy or manager Antonio gives any attention to this review. I highly doubt it. You guys lost a customer for life.

Horrible. Was late for my appt, due to traffic. I apologized for being late and was told (with an attitude) that I shouldve called and now would have to wait to see if someone didnt show up for their appt and then I could maybe be seen. I wasnt given a time frame. There was no one in the waiting or exam rooms at the time. I would have been more than willing to wait since I was late but was not happy with how I was spoken to. I said that I would just leave and find a more accommodating vet and I was told that would be just fine. If I couldve given no stars I wouldve. Very rude young man on the staff. I guess they dont need any more business. They certainly lost mine.

They deserve 0 stars took my dog there Friday night to get rabies bordatella and dapp vaccines Sunday my dog develops horrible shoves face swelling vomiting diarrhea they refuse to take responsibility mind you they have her the original shots no doctor just two nurses I called them about reaction they said theyre closing soon and o should take to we after I already payed them like 100 $$$ no I may be chargedd between 70. -400 if I take her in which I cant afford as Im not rich and have bills so looks like Ill be praying and dosing my pet with Benadryl hoping for the best I get care for my dog and they may be what kills her hate them so u professional

I have been using Banfield for ruffly 13 years and I NEVER EVER had any problems with Cathy. I only had problems when Cathy wasnt there as for the review dated 3 weeks ago I cant imagine what that lady was talking about because I have been using them for about 13 years. As a matter of fact I said if Cathy or the tech Christine ever left I would leave there too. They take all the necessary time with my dog because she is a hard dog to work with I only trust them with her. Petsmart dosent need to review their employees they need to review their customers who dont know great customer service when they see it.
