The front desk is always very friendly when greeting patients. Payment plans are always effectively gone over, no surprises. The dentists and dental assistants all work quickly and efficiently to get the job done in a timely fashion. My smile has never been brighter! I had jumped around from dentist to dentist for years and I finally found the perfect fit. The two associate doctors, Dr. Jennifer Pumarejo and Dr. Lucille Cangialosi are also outstanding dentists. Thank you Dr. Nasso, Olsen & Napolitano & staff for providing optimal dental care to all!

My visits to Dr. Napolitanos office are always pleasant and warm. Dr. Ron is an excellent dentist. He and his staff do all that they can to make my visits productive and rewarding. When I was a child, I feared going to the dentist. Now, I look at it as an experience that is kind and painless. Dr. Napolitano and his staff are welcoming and effective. They are true professionals and I am proud to strongly recommend Dr. Ron Napolitano as an excellent dentist that your families would enjoy having on their lists of professionals.

My wife Franca was first seen by Dr. Napolitano with several significant dental problems which were not resolved previously. Her right lower molars were a constant source of pain despite several root canals. Her left upper incisor bridge was unstable. Step by step Dr. Napolitano and his collegues resolved her problems with extractions and placement of implants. She is now pain free and has normal dental function. The office staff has been consistently courteous and competent in addressing dental plan coverage.

Dr. Napolitano and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a new patient in their office and recently had to have a crown implanted. They made the entire process easy and relatively painless. From setting up my initial appointment & their iPad based patient forms to their follow-ups and excellent service, Dr. Napolitanos office is awesome! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and a great dentist!

Although there was a slight hiccup right before labor day, the staff went out of their way to get the job done and get me in to the office for a last minute visit on the Friday before Labor Day at 3:30pm... I consider that to be exceptional service a dedication to keeping me as a client. I recommend them with bright shining stars....

The best dentist on Staten Island. Always honest, fair prices, Christine who works in the front office is the absolute best !! Always friendly and sharp. The doctors also know how to keep things painless as well. I have yet to feel anything or have an issue with this office after 25 years of coming here. Great job Doctors !!!

Fantastic experience, the staff is wonderful...Im actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Also, the availability of early morning appointments makes it even that much more convenient.

I love this office! Everyone is so warm and friendly. The doctors are warm, caring, and excellent dentists. Everything is clearly explained to the patient, both by the dentists and the receptionists. I love the 7 am appointments-I can have my dental work or cleanng done before work. I love this office!
