Let me start by saying I have been coming here for about 6 years and have never had a good experience. Shame on me for expecting anything different time after time. I will NOT be returning this time. I work full time and a very fast paced job which makes scheduling personal appointments difficult. I am currently sitting in their waiting room for over an HOUR AND 10 MINS. I booked a 10 am, first appointment of the day, over a week ago for today. I arrived at 10am sharp and it became clear from the whisperings of the employees that there was uncertainty of which Doctor (if one at all) was aware they had to work today. At 10:30 they informed me there was a mix up in scheduling and the doctor would not be arriving until 11am. I was assured that I am the first patient, plus I explained I was already late for work, and will be seen promptly at 11am. I chose to wait but was faced with a dilemma--I take medication daily at 11am that requires food. All of my food was left in my car (figuring Id be out of my 10AM appointment long before then). So, I informed the gentleman working the desk that I had to run to Starbucks at 10:40am so I could get something to eat but would certainly be back by 11am. I returned by 10:58am and was informed I would have to wait even longer because the doctor arrived a few minutes early and just took the other gentleman with the later appointment. So, to no fault of my own, I now had to wait an additional 15 minutes to even be seen. My 10am appointment turned into an 11:15am appointment and I was forced to take a half day off of work with no pay rather than use a lunch hour. It goes to show that theres no point in respecting companies and making sure you book appointments ahead of time and arrive promptly and prepared because they do not treat their customers with the same respect.

Worst place to buy sunglasses. I recently purchased couple pairs of sunglasses at Palisades LensCrafters, and only wore them once and was super careful not to damage them in any way. Didnt like them, so I went back next day to return, from the beginning, the rep had an attitude because I wanted to return and they sprayed the sunglasses about 10 times and cleaned them and were looking to make sure it wasnt scratched, UNLIKE at the time of buying them, they barely sprayed those glasses when I bought them, and they said that they "Always check for scratches" when they sell, NO THEY DONT. I will never go back to that place again.

Never been disappointed! Customer service is outstanding. Wont use anyone else for glasses. I have had a few problems over the years but every single time they help me and fix the problem!

They do not make glasses day of anymore. Glasses are overpriced. It is better (and ironically) cheaper to buy from your eye doctor.
