I had the worst experience today at this office after seeking care for a serious skin condition. The doctor became flustered when I asked her questions about her recommendation, and she actually like a child, walked out the room because she did not want to answer the questions I asked about her NON treatment. I was appalled at her behavior. The first sign of incompetence was when she told me to not use the medication I was using , and gave me tubes of cream to apply to my face which made my condition worse. Today she asked me , " What was the name of the cream she gave me ?" . As a doctor doesnt she know or record this ? Then she stated we dont have the right chemistry so I should leave without her treating me, and after I paid for my co pay, and waiting for an hour ???? The real reason was I refused to take the patch test today, because i wanted to be treated for the spots I had on my face, and NOT take the patch test at this time.....which made sense to me, but she was inept to have a real conversation with a patient that had viable questions. Today was the first time I encountered a doctor as unprofessional, immature, spoiled, throw a tantrum, and unable to articulate herself in a professional manner. I was not treated after spending an hour in this place, and she refused to give me a prescription or would not own up to why she gave me creams previously to apply to my face that made my condition worse. Stay away and beware.

We were given incorrect information by the person who made the appointment. I specifically asked about treating a particular problem with laser treatments. This office doesnt even have laser equipment. Dr. Singh was very nice and thorough, but it was a waste of our time to travel to the office under false pretenses. In addition, medication was prescribed, yet 6 days later, the prescription has not been received by our pharmacy. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone in the office, nor has the RX company been responsive.

The whole team here is amazing. Easy appointment scheduling. The practitioners are knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. I saw two different providers each delivering additional insight into and options addressing my concerns. Procedures, if thats your thing, are painless and thorough. The office is clean and new.

I never leave feedback but I had to make sure I left this one. The location is clean, the service on the other hand is not good at all. Ive waited 3 months for my medication and keep getting told to expect a call back from them and it never happens. Dont see my self going back to this location in the future.
