I was very pleased with the service and care provided by Dr. Labeda and his staff. The facility is attractive, comfortable and professional. Mrs. Labeda, receptionist/billing, is friendly, cooperative, and efficient. Dr. Labeda takes the time to explain the process in understandable terms. He is concerned about patient comfort before/during/after the procedure. I recommend Family Dental Care for major/minor dental services.

They like to do unnecessary treatments even after told to do only what insurance covers just to collect money, lies about being in network and refuses to hand over X-rays. Completely disgusted with the Owensville office. Been to Eastgate office where the son (Bart) is and loved that one, hes a dentist who actually enjoys what he does and isnt out just to fatten his pockets.

Our family has been going to Dr. Labeda since the 1990s and there is no one I would trust more. He and his wife (and now his son) feel almost like part of the family. The entire staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The facilities are delightful and tastefully decorated, along with having state of the art equipment.

Eventually they will try to extort money from you to pay for their newly constructed office. The billing is worst than atrocious.
