I came in and I thought I had one insurance but didnt. It was obvious they didnt think I could pay. I was not even approached about cost for an eye exam. I was told they would just cancel it. Later to find out it was with a different conpany so I called back to confirm the coverage and I was advised still no coverage, in which was a blatant lie. So I took my business to visionworks who had no problems finding me. Poor customer service.

I came without an appointment to have a pair of sunglasses repaired. They had not been purchased at Pearle vision. One of the employees fixed them for me at no charge in about 5 minutes. Great customer service!
