I have been going there (the Circleville branch) for eye exams since I moved here, 20 some years ago. I like them, the staff is professional, and the doctors are great and caring. they take time to explain what they found , there recommendations etc. I have seen all three of the doctors over the years all were very good, and seemed to catch on to my issues before I needed to explain them. As for the glasses I have purchased, it seemed 50 -50, on getting a pair I liked and stayed happy with for the entire two years. the selection is not that big, so sometimes I buy elsewhere.

My first appointment the doc spent no more than five minutes with me. The woman who helped with my frames was rude to me. I ended up with glasses that hurt the bridge of my nose and paid 50 dollars for a contact fitting. The first pair didnt work so well so they put me in another pair of lenses that were even worse. I couldnt wear them for more than 10 minutes at a time and they stuck so bad one of them ended up falling out. After all this and the money I paid I was made to feel like it was my fault. I wont go back to this place ever again. I wouldnt recimend this place to anyone

The owner personally called me to ensure that all my needs as a customer were met. After my previous negative review, the fact that he cared enough to call me and talk with me for over a half hour after business hours shows me that he truly does care. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

These guys are awesome. I am not a patient with them, but whenever I have had to get my glasses straigtened or repaired theyve done it for me. They usually make it a priority even though Im sure they have other patients with appointment. I am definitely buying my next pair of glasses from them
