Awful. I asked the associate before I purchased the two pairs of glasses of I was going to get new frames or if I was going to get the display frames which both were bent and distorted. She assured me they were in stock and that I would receive new frames. I in fact ended up having to come back the next day to get my glasses. Because the lab closed early. I indeed ended up with the display frames for both pairs of glasses. Frames that had been dropped on the floor repedately. And as I said were bent out of shape. Upon receiving them the earpiece screws on both sides that hold the frames popped out and had to be replaced on the spot. BOTH SIDES. And the second pair nosepiece was not fixable. After waiting so long I complained and the original associate was not even there the next day. The other associate I complained to looked at me and said,(What do you want me to do about it.)And just left me hanging. I am currently pursuing a resolution.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was a first time EVER customer TODAY & a Walk in at that!! RUDE RUDE RUDE Bunch of people!!! The attitude of both the gentleman at the middle counter & the lady at the giant counter on the left were as if they were both ticked off because they had to work today!!!! Well DONT take it out on customers!!! I had heard bad things about this Ashland Town Center Vision Works from a lot of people! But chose to give it the benefit of the doubt in my current situation!! Well this was my first & last time ever stepping foot into this establishment!! I was the first Walk in customer of the day!! 12 on the nose... They need to change their sign that says WALK INS ARE WELCOME TO WALK INS NOT WELCOME & I DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS TODAY!!! Ill definitely spread the word about how customer service here is literally just a suggestion & not an option!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Friend of mine purchased eyeglasses last year and paid almost 450.00 and no Seco d pair free ,they broke on the same place twice and they gave her new frames. Keep in mind these glasses are only worn at work on the 3rd time of them breaking she was told they did not carry those frames and she would gave to pay for new frames and she would have to pay for new glasses. She took the old glass to Walmart and they put the lenses in the exact frames for 9.00

I have no idea why people are complaining. The example was as good as any. The service was excellent The doctor and all staff was courteous. Number of frames to choose from was great I got a regular pair and a prescription sunglasses cheaper than I could have ever got one pair for. They had loads of customers and my complete time was less than a hour. Highly highly recommend

Sitting here at this place the appointment was at 11:30. We got her at 11 because we like to be on time it is now 12:30 and no sign of when we are getting the appointment completed. This is so disrespectful why set appointments if your not going to keep it. Last year it wasnt this way. I wobt be making my boy another appointment here after this I know that for sure. Smh

Horrible. Walked in. Was promptly "greeted" by a lady at the counter with a "what are you looking for?". When I informed her I wanted some nice shades, she pointed in the direction of a crappy stand, and moved on to the next person. Waste of my 2 minutes.

Very slow. Its nothing to sit and wait an hour or longer. And you have to fill out the paperwork every single time you come in. Even if its only been 6 months. Stopped coming here because of this. Son broke glasses but had to get him in quickly.

Had a eye appointment for my 3 year old to start preschool... We waited an hour for her appointment to even begin and it ended 2 hours after it was supposed to start. Honestly, the worst place Ive ever been.
