I would have given this place 4 or 5 stars because I liked the doctor and the staff was pretty good. Plus the doctor found a mistake with my contacts prescription that another doctor that I hated messed up. BUT...I did NOT like how they, without my permission, took a series of high-tech mapping images of my eyes that they knew insurance wouldnt cover. THEN, they said these images could detect a slew of eye problems and if I wanted to see them it would cost me $35. So now these pictures are there that could possibly show some sort of ailment even though you are having no symptoms to justify having the images taken in the first place. It just felt shady. So, if I were you either tell them right away you dont want the mapping images (not sure what they are called) BEFORE they take them, or just refuse to pay for them (unless you are having issues with your eyes that cant be explained otherwise.)

Doctors are good, but it takes forever to get the glasses... then when u go in to pick them up, you are better off watching paint dry!

Waisted a lot of money on a pair of Oakley sunglasses that they couldnt get the prescription correct on. Would not refund my money.
