This is not your typical Hospital. Its more or less a Surgery Center. Day stays....as Overnight stays are not a "usual" occurrence. I was miserable after my surgery!! Doctor put in Meds to be given at 1230am.... but Computer System Reboot occurred at 12am & My meds werent given until 230am!! Nurses were arguing w/me stating I wasnt allowed ANY meds per Doctors orders!! Little did they know, I could have them but Computer didnt retain Pain Med Orders. .....So while in agony and extreme PAIN, crying non-stop....the Nurses came and closed my door to my Room for I was disturbing other patients. Grrrrrrr! What a FreaKing JOKE! Needless to say, I hope I never have to go back there AGAIN for I would rather bleed out! One positive thing out of aLL that happening.... My Doctor, Dr Loveland....is Remarkable & took care of me once he came back. (he left Hospital @1am and returned by 9am....FANTASTIC DOCTOR EVER!

Treated my mom like a pill shopper. Dr. walked away while she was talking to him about the problem and told her she needed to "stop coming to the ER" for a simple headache. Took her to Cookeville, and she has a pinched nerve in her neck. I wouldnt take a dead dog to this place now. The nurses are fantastic and deserve to work for better doctors than they do. St. Thomas promised to make care better, but it has gotten worse.

If I could I would rate a zero! I bring my 3 year old niece down here cause she fell and caught the edge of the concrete step and busted her head.. they tell us to go have a seat the the doctor would be right out to get us 30 mins later they finally come.. this is the worst hospital I dont recommend no1 to bring their kids here if they are badly hurt and need to see a doctor right away!

My granddaughter burned her fingers on a heater when she fell and grabbed it trying to stop the fall. The nurses and doctors were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help her. The hospital was clean and everyone really cared about getting her fixed up.

I fell while on a hike in the area and thought I had fractured my right wrist. We went to the ER in Sparta and were seen immediately. I had x rays and my fears were confirmed. We were in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone we encountered were great.

I have been here several times. Every time I go they test my urine and blood then tell me to go to my doctor. I asked for nausea medicine and they acted like I was a drug addict. Dr. Snyder is a terrible doctor

Worst ever.... Dr treated me like I was stupid and was rude. I left before they could even do anything for my son.
