We have been customers / patients with this facility for over 15 years. We would not even consider taking our "kids" anywhere else. All 3 veterinarians are excellent and compassionate. The technicians are extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Knowing our relationship with all of the veterinarians there, I dont quite understand how the less than pleased reviews could even appear in regards to this clinic but, I imagine there are some people who are just not satisfied no matter what you do. Every procedure is explained in full detail, you are provided with all available options and most importantly, we have been treated as though we were members of the family instead of just clients. We highly recommend this animal care facility to everyone that we know.

Very impersonal, oftentimes bordering on rude. Lots of tests ordered, not always confident that they were necessary. Prices very high, with an almost feverish obsession to receive payment before leaving the building -- never an option to be billed for services. Surgery recommended as the only option, non-surgical options rarely, if ever, recommended. Left the practice several years ago and went to Hillside Animal Hospital in Scottsdale and have never looked back. With all the friendly and professional vet clinics available in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale, there is no good reason to patronize this practice.

Before I ever met with the vet... I had to spend time in "negotiations" on the types and pricing of the tests needed to determine what was wrong with my dog. It was VERY frustrating. They knew what was wrong with my dog but they wanted to add a bunch of other test just to make sure it wasnt something else. After about 45 minutes of "negotiations" with all of the different proposals we finally came to an agreement on the pricing. It was not a good experience.

I have been bringing my pups here for many years. Dr. Johnson is awesome. She is easy going, thorough and does not over -test or treat. She spent a lot of time consulting with my other vet out of state when my dog got Valley Fever. Vicki in the front office is great and always makes my pup feel at ease. Rates are very reasonable - I pay triple for the same treatment out of state! I am very happy with the care we get here.

Ive been taking my dogs here for quite a while and have always been impressed by the professionalism and courtesy by the staff and vets. These people truly care about your pets and will always work with you in emergency situations to fit you into their schedule, even on short notice.

Dr Diltz gives lots of information about your pet and works with you on your pets health. Takes whatever time you need to answer questions, doesnt get impatient or rude when you have lots of questions or want to discuss options for your pets health care

This office is extremely unprofessional and not to be trusted. I have never felt so disrespected and misinformed by a doctors office in my entire life. I would rate them lower than "Hated it", however, that seems to be Googles lowest quality rating.

Local Fountain HIlls AZ family with 4 pets, would not advise this business. They will put money first before your pet. Facility is dirty, staff is under trained, and head vet is rude to customers.
