Let me start by saying I called around to dozens of animal hospitals and couldnt get a single same day appointment for my kitty. I read the reviews on every one I called because I wanted to make sure he received good treatment. While reading the reviews of another vetinary office in the east valley, I read a poor review left by a man that said he took his cat to this hospital and they saved his cats life. IM SO GLAD I SAW HIS REVIEW. They made a same day appointment for my cat, within ten minutes of my walking into the office I had been taken into a room, the vet tech came in to evaluate and get info, and the vet had come in immediately after and evaluated and told me my cat was dying because of a blocked urethra!! I am 100% convinced that if I had taken him to the emergency vet Id taken him to previously, he would have died. Dr. Wells and the vet tech Jessica were AMAZING. I cannot express my gratitude at their care and concern for myself and my cat. They gave me honest recommendations and saved my cats life. Ive been singing their praises since the day I took him in. Ive recommended them to every person within earshot, convinced my mom (who lives in Casa Grande) to take her dogs here, and will never go anywhere else. Amazing doesnt begin to describe ALL of the staff at this facility. They were reasonably priced, even though they couldve price gauged me in my desperation they did not! They have a customer for life!!

Went to this hospital for an annual exam and immunization update for my dog (Jade) for the first time on September 21st. Im very protective of my her - as is any owner, Im sure - so I was a bit hesitant simply because of the new environment. However, I am very happy to say that we all had a pleasant experience. Even my 4lb., anxiety-filled dog seemed comfortable in the arms of the doctor and tech that were both responsible for her care. They were professional, took time to answer all of our questions while providing additional information that I consider to be extremely helpful while considering the possibility of breeding Jade. I left feeling relieved. But best of all: the visit, the vaccines, and the ear/Heartgard medicine were priced so reasonably well that I actually asked the lady a couple of times to repeat each of the individual costs because I expected it to be so much higher. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We LOVE Dr. Wales and all the staff at Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital. They always take the most thoughtful approach to help my animals. They are professional (front office is always warm and helpful) and compassionate (everyone is sensitive to the individual personalities and needs of my dogs/cat). We were won over by them when we had to put our geriatric dog down shortly after moving to AZ. They handled what was an extremely difficult time for our family with such grace and kindness, that we felt compelled to see them when we decided to adopt two formerly abused dogs. Dr. Wales has guided us with all aspects of their care, always patiently answering our questions and lovingly treating our furry family members like her own. We are HUGE fans of Dr. Wales and everyone at Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital!!

I have nothing bad to say about CGAH! I love taking my furry kids to them. The entire staff is awsome!!! They are all very caring and they dont rush you. They let you ask as many questions as you need. Karen at the front desk is a mind reader. I brought in Skrinkle today and when I was ready to check out she had remembered I needed food for little Jack. She had it all ready and waiting for me. She had even taken the $5 FB check in discount off the bill before i even showed it to her. Karen ROCKS!!!!!!!! They really try their best to not rack you over the coals and take your money all at one time. They are upfront and honest about cost, treatment and care at home. They REALLY DO CARE!!!! I wouldnt my babies anywhere else!! Thank you to the whole crew for being amazing in what you do!!!

We are vacationing in Chandler and our little dog Rocky did something to his back and was in severe discomfort. Not knowing what to do (and with a good month left before we return home to Canada) we looked for a vet that we could take him to visit. We found Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital and are certainly glad we did. Everyone in the clinic that we came into contact with were extremely professional, very kind and caring. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us in the same day, both the nurse and Dr. were very gentle and kind with our little guy considering the issues he was dealing with. I was very impressed that all the technicians got down on the floor with him to examine and treat him, I have never seen that before. Cannot say enough - thank-you so much !!!

Called vet at 4:40 pm to bring in an 8lb. Dog that got clipped by a car. I told them he looked bruised but otherwise seemed fine but wanted to be sure. They said they didnt want to take anymore patients for the night! Their reason was too close to closing, they closed at 6pm. 1.25 hrs.!! I even told them I was just 1/4pm mile from them already almost there. Dog that got barely hit by a car. He had a sprained leg and was very sore. OTHERWISE was fine. They are pet doctors but unwilling to take what they call last minute emergency. Very disappointed, wont ever go there again.

We are regulars here with our dog, Maya! Dr. Wales is wonderful to her. Our dog is a friendly dog but when she goes to the vet, she has a lot of anxiety. Dr. Wales took her time, even after hours, to help Maya feel safe and secure with her. I even called Dr. Wales the Dog Whisperer. She offered to even have Maya come in for not an appointment but just visit and relax so she isnt always thinking its a place for immunizations and such. Weve never had any vet be so devoted to Maya or other dog in the past. We highly recommend Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital and Dr. Wales!

As newly moved in residents of AZ, we were looking for the same kind of experience that we were used to where we moved from, and we seem to have found it at Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital. We needed to have our young Morkie looked at for a possible respiratory problem, and Dr. Wales was able to see him by 9:30 am the same day. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Wales was great with our Percy and very knowledgeable regarding the possible causes of Percys issues. Well definitely be going back for ongoing needs.

Took my dog there and when they told me she was dying no one cared and I left as though they were mad at me and my family for even crying. Took my other puppy there to get something out of her nose (it was a twig) they charged my dad and didnt remove it. He left with the twig still in her nose and she was sneezing blood. When he got home he removed it with a nail clipper. How hard was it that they couldnt do it?!? How Useless can a doctor be?!? I hate this place when I pass by it I cringe.
