I left my yellow lab in their care as a last resort when family came in to town, because of her anxiety around new people. I have never done this before and was very worried about leaving her. I called them first thing in the morning after the first night and one of the girls that answered the phone said that she had a tough night, but Dr. Alber was out walking her. I thought that was such a nice thing for him to do and I was taken back that the Dr. Alber did this himself and not an assistant. I called everday and two of those days Dr. Alber got on the phone and spent a good fifteen minuets with me each time, and was really concerned about my situation and gave some terrific advice. My lab was an absolute mess over being away from me and they brought her up front with them and put up with a major issue of her barking to the point she lost her bark and is completely horse. Probably a good thing at that point. The staff and the Doctor really care and were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them for boarding and any type of care you may need from an animal hospital. There are so many to choose from here in the valley and you can be sure your animals would be in good hands. Thanks to all of you at Presitge, you certainly live up to your name. I have taken my dog here for 5 years, the current vet took over a couple of years ago and I continued to go and he has recieved good care. However, they will not give him a rabies shot without a well exam even though he had an exam about 7 months ago and is perfectly healthy. My previous vet in another state always gave my dogs and cats vaccinations without exams if they had been checked within the year!!! Petsmart has a clinic twice a week where I can get him his shot without the well exam. I thought having a relationship with the vet was important, but obviously I was mistaken. Also when I checked with the vet at Petsmart their well exam is less expensive so I will be switching vets. Loyalty goes both ways.....

Earlier this year, I had to make an impromptu visit to the vet and Prestige was able to get me in quickly. I liked the doctor and appreciated their willingness to see us, so I decided to take my two dogs to Prestige for their annual check up. While I like the doctor and Prestige as a whole, their prices are way too high. My bill was over $100 more this year than last years was (at a different vet). My dogs even needed fewer shots than last year; my jaw hit the floor when I saw the bill. I feel like I just got ripped off. I will not be taking my dogs to Prestige in the future, nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

Adopted (rescued from inadequate breeder actually) a new member of our family over the weekend. My sweet "Flower" Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Lots of questions about her actual age, major issues with her teeth and worried about her heart, not to mention all the years of baby making she must have been put through. The clinic this morning set all my fears to rest. We will have her mouth issues resolved soon, spayed and a wonderful peace of mind. I love her so much already and they really took the time to reassure me she would be okay and around for many years to come. Thank you so much.

Normally, I receive excellent care from Prestige Animal Clinic when routine exams come up. When my dog just needs vaccinations or a routine check-up, everyone is very friendly and helpful. But today my dog had an emergency and I called several times throughout the day trying to get someone to help my dog as he is injured, and I realize that emergencies are last minute, but the vet on staff today didnt feel like taking my dogs emergency as a walk-in appointment when he most needs help because it was inconvenient for them. Shame on you, Prestige, for not being able to take a dog in need.

We needed to find a great vet that regularly treats large dogs. I have a 190 lb. Mastiff that most offices cant handle, since they usually only deal with small cats and dogs. Well. this is the place. My dog has never had a more thorough examination with great treatment suggestions and only what was needed without any upsell. This is a great facility with wonderful staff. Dr. Alber is professional. informative, and not rushed during your visit. We would drive cross town if needed, just to use his services. Prestige is the best of the best.

I switched to Prestige in 2015 when my dog got sick and my previous vet couldnt see him. Now, all of my pets go to Prestige. The Doctors are knowledgeable and kind, and take time to make sure you understand everything and to answer any questions. They dont rush you like other vets do. They treat my pets with respect and compassion, like they are part of a big family. Love this place!

Everyone in the building was very nice. We had to put our cat down today but the vet was very supportive of whatever choice we made. He made us feel like we had a big say in what exactly happened and made the entire process very smooth. Thank you guys for your support through the process and understanding. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my pets to Prestige for 17 years. They have cared for a number of my pets. I trust them and love the way they have treated my animals and the compassion they have for the pets and there owners. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

Even though they were booked, Dr. Alber and his staff fit us in for our emergency. Our old cat checkers dislocated his toe and they took the time to care for him today. Hes home and doing great. Thank you for the help today!!
