Brought a seemingly healthy 13 yr old Dalmatian to this facility for 2nd opinion after another vet ran blood work and told us at that she had kidney disease. All Creatures did urine test and confirmed issue however at early stages. Owner/Vet Dr Ingram said 25% loss and most likely treatable. Remained hopefully pet would live for additional 1-2yrs per discussion with him. We changed diet and added a daily pill. Transitioned into Hills diet over 7 days as instructed. Our dog stopped eating. Revisited clinic. Dr Ingram wasnt available. Only works 3 or 4 days a week. Another vet at clinic, Dr Roberts, reviewed records and said kidney disease was more advanced than originally told. 75% loss. However, still probably treatable. Our dog was in terrible condition. She hadnt eaten in 2 days and lost 15 pounds since our initial visit . Their opinion was that Soph had some other type of eating disorder. He asked to conduct $250 Xray. Results per All Creatures said nothing abnormal. Poss kidney stones. He offered a pill to motivate her appitite. Dog continued to not eat or drink. Took her back desperate for fluids. They finally gave her fluids. Dog still didnt eat or drink. Vet wanted expensive ultrasound. Sent us to 3rd party for this test. Went to another Vet for 2nd opinion and ultrasound. Deer Creek Animal Hospital told us immediately that our family pet had kidney failure. No tests were necessary. They could smell it on Sophies breath. We put her out of her misery as she was starving to death. In our opinion All Creatures Animal Clinic either didnt understand how to treat kidney disease, how to treat Dalmatians in general or just didnt listen to how desperate we were to feed our beloved pet. In our opinion our dog had lost use of her kindneys several days before these vets asked to conduct xrays and finally gave her fluids. We all suffered terribly and unecessarily our opinion. All Creatures refused to offer refunds for what we feel were worthless tests, unecessary treatments and unecessary medication. We are devastated with our loss.

My human family loves this clinic. Perhaps more importantly, our four legged family loves this clinic too. They are not fearful when they enter. The staff and the doctor always take a few extra minutes to interact with their patient, our dogs. As far as money goes, I wish my human doctor was as conscientious to the costs. Dr. Ingram is sensitive to the fact that medical care is not cheap and explains his thought process in ordering tests. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) the first set of lab work didnt provide the likely answer so we had to bring Scout back for another test. I appreciate that he could have ordered more tests initially, but was thoughtful to order only what was necessary. But its not the touchy feely stuff they get right, they are professional. Dr. Ingram takes the time to personally call us back with pertinent information and answers our questions thoroughly. In the instances that we have called and spoken to the office, if they cant answer the questions with certainty, they call us back with the information. I couldnt ask for more. By the way, on one instance we saw another vet here and he was great too. Highly, highly, highly recommend All Creatures Animal Clinic.

I highly recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet in the Phoenix area. Ive trusted them with the care of my dogs for many years and have always felt that all of us (humans included) were in skilled, caring and compassionate hands. Its clear to my wife and I that Dr. Bob understands not only how important our dogs are to our family, but also how we chose to go about managing their care. We appreciate his reasoned and measured approach to treatment and trust his recommendations. Earlier this year, my wife and I adopted a puppy that (unbeknownst to us) had contracted a serious illness. Dr. Bob and the staff at All Creatures worked tirelessly providing an exceptional level of care that, there is absolutely no doubt, saved the life of that little dog. Shes doing great now as a full member of our small pack and is still greeted like a celebrity any time we bring her in to the office for routine checkups. The team at All Creatures Animal Hospital clearly care about what theyre doing and also possess the skills and talent that allow them to do it very well.

I chose All Creatures Animal Clinic based on the Yelp reviews but I was still apprehensive. From the moment I stepped in the door, though, my fears were released. The office staff is friendly and the area looked modern and clean. Then we met Dr. Bob. Wow. He exemplifies everything I wanted in a veterinarian. He listened to my explanation of what I thought made my dog so horribly ill, performed a thorough examination and showed he cared about my dogs well being. After the blood tests, Dr. Bob explained the results in detail and didnt rush through. He answered all my questions. They also followed up the next day to check up on my dog. I didnt actually think they would but they did! Amazing! And to top it off, after I mentioned that my dog had stopped drinking water, they asked me to bring her in for some fluids without charging me for it. My dog has completely recovered. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Bob! Thank you! I was also relieved that the overall cost was reasonable. Without hesitation, I recommend this clinic and Dr. Bob!

There is a neuter shot called Zeuterin that takes a very short time (minutes) to administer including the tattoo that will confirm your dog is neutered. The low cost shot kills the sperm and is far less invasive than regular neutering and should be a nominal cost compared to surgery. Imagine my shock when All Creatures Animal Hospital told me it was $300 dollars. The first statement in defense of the cost was pain mgt. but as noted below it is All Creatures choice to do this, not a necessary step. All the same it should not push the cost higher than normal neutering as the dog does not need to be put under, maybe just local anesthesia. It is a shame to take something meant to be non-evasive and low cost and jack the price up. - The benefits for all dogs, particularly older dogs, include no need for anesthesia or risky surgical procedures, and it is a non-invasive procedure. - Most dogs did not show signs of pain during or after the procedure in the FDA study but proactive pain management is left at the discretion of the veterinarian.

My Zeev lived to be 14yrs of age. There came a time in my life when things were not very stable and Zeev really held me together. One day he got out into the community and because he had a tag from All Creatures he was delivered there where they kept him overnight. In the morning some blood was found in the kennel and a thorough examination revealed he had been shot with a pellet gun. I was unreachable, my mother was in Hawaii with my stepfather, so All Creatures opened the phone book calling all "Kobeys" until they reached my stepmother who authorized the surgery. The pellet had passed through his abdomen perferating his intestine 4 times lodging in the oposite side and Peritonitus had set in. Because of of the perferations a 4ft section of his intestine had to be removed. Im not sure if my last name was "Smith" that things would have turned out as well as they did, but the effort All Creatures made to find someone...anyone related to me and my pup still brings tears to my eyes today.
