Im not one to write reviews, but this veterinary clinic deserves one. They took such amazing care of my Brinkley when he broke his leg, and were genuinely concerned for his welfare and mental state. He wasnt "just another dog", and each time I came back he was remembered and given a lot of special attention. It says a lot when your dog doesnt mind being taken to the vet, and gets excited to see the staff. Also, the grooming was terrific. I even board him there when I go on trips out of town because I dont trust him with just anyone. I doubt there is anyone who even comes close in comparison in the valley, so no matter where you live it is worth the trip for peace of mind and excellent care. Love, Sabrina and Brinkley

My Cairn terrier and I met with Dr. Ryan, who seemed nice, for an initial visit after we moved to Phoenix. When I asked about a groomer, she said she took her own dog to Peggy, who works as a groomer in the attached Blue Cross Grooming Clinic. Peggy seemed nice, but returned my dog wincing in pain - no explanation given. Two days later, he is still skittish. And he has the worst haircut Ive ever seen, shaved to the skin. And he had no mats - the dog walker and I brush and strip his coat. He just needed a good bath and haircut. I even showed Peggy a picture of the haircut that was appropriate for a Cairn. All in all, I dont trust Dr. Ryan or Peggy anymore. AWFUL experience.

My dog was in need of seeing a vet immediately and they worked him in very quickly. The staff was excellent and the vet was very doggie friendly. They were conservative in their management and did not perform unnecessary tests. I was overwhelmed by the great care my dog received and the helpfulness of their staff. The price for an immediate work-in wasnt that bad either! Will definitely be taking my pet there from now on.

The facilities were nice and the staff was friendly, but we were needing help with International Pet Travel and their pricing was OUTRAGEOUS! If I had known what they charge, I would have checked out a different clinic from the beginning. I ended up getting the travel documents at a different clinic, where I saved $300. Tip: do your research on pricing before booking appointments with vets for pet travel.

I WOULD RATE THIS CLINIC 5 STARS BECAUSE DR MURRAH IS EXCELLENT AND SO IS PATTY BUT DR BENNET IS A DIFFERENT STORY. I HAVE TAKEN MY DOGS SEVERAL TIMES HERE AND ONCE SEEN DR. BENNET WAS VERY SARCASTIC AND SHE WAS RUDE. I HAVE TO RE THINK OF VISITING THIS VETERINARY CLINIC JUST BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT DR. BENNET WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT APPRECIATE SARCASM WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS!

A truly amazing place! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Front Office Staff are great...Veterinary Techs in the back are amazing...their Boarding Staff are wonderful and the Doctors are truly amazing in every way!! They have saved our dogs and cats on several occasions! The entire Clinic is kind, compassionate, professional and always work to help the animals!

I have taken my pets there for more than 25 years. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Some of the vets use alternative medicine which is a nice option. Dr. Dutton, Dr. Peter and Dr. Ryan have helped me to give my babies the best care and they have also been there with me when it was time to help them pass on.

Dr. Stacey Ryan is a profoundly amazing Veterinarian. She love animals passionately. There are a number of staff members who fail miserably. Recently they "inappropriately checked" a box on a form with the result being that I did not receive any remains of my precious dog when I contracted for, and paid for, a private creamation.

I would still be taking my cat here for sure if I didnt move back to the East Coast. Great vets, understanding, knowledgeable. I had some terrible vet experiences in the valley before I found these guys. If I ever move back to PHX Ill know just where to go.

Ive been taking both my dogs and cat to Blue Cross for years. The staff and all of the doctors were great and I would highly recommend them. I am just sad that I have moved away and now have to find a Vet in Tucson that is hopefully as good.

Dr. Bennett is awesome, she is so considerate and took care of Chloe like she was her own. I have been a customer for over 8 years, and have also had Dr. Ryan and Dr. Dutton, both are equally as wonderful.
