My husband and I have used the services of Faust Animal Hospital and Dr. Teri Wiblin and her wonderful staff for many years and through the lives of several different pets. From the phone call to the office visit to the follow-up, the care and professionalism from each and every staff member has ALWAYS been above and beyond what any pet owner could hope for! They all celebrate with us as we enjoy the years with our healthy pets by providing well-care. And they all mourn in the most compassionate way with us when our beloved pets come to the end of their time here. Each step of the way my husband and I felt we were kept fully informed of the diagnoses and options and were made a part of our pets team. There are many choices out there for pet care and we have tried some others in the past. And we cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful veterinary clinic as the right option!

When our regular vet could see our dog for a day I began to search YELP and FAUST Animal Clinic was close and had 5 stars. It was an, all too short, relationship with the Docs and their staff, however, in less that 48 hours they have made a lasting impression on us. In the last 48 hours, from the onset of the first visable symptoms to us...the staff and doctors spent hours with us, explaining to give us the best information to make a decision only we could make. There were hugs and kisses for our dog and for us as well. There are not enough adjectives to describe the level of service and care and caring!! We made a devastating decision this morning, one that has left a huge void in our hearts...however, we all received top notch care.

Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced from the staff. You have to call them 10 time so they refill your prescription, always coming up with different excuses. Each time you come in with the same problem they want to test your pet for different things and your bill is somehow getting higher and higher. Would not recommend this place to anybody, stay away people!

They took excellent care of my Trudy, dealing with some possibly nerve-induced diarrhea. My smiling dog was thinner after a 10 day stay (maybe I should park me for some weight reduction). When I mentioned her name at the counter, clearly someone recognized her name and which dog was being collected. The blank stare Ive received at other facilities has never been reassuring.

I have two dogs, one a senior and one middle age, have had minor emergencies with both of them in the last year, have seen two different doctors, and the compassion and the expidited service I got for Sparkle and Buddy was amazing. And always a follow-up call to make sure they were okay, the staff is amazing and kind.
