I have been going to ERZ for about three years now. They used to be very friendly and helpful. Then a couple of weeks ago, I took my Airedale in to get her checked. Dr. Hyde told me she had an infection in her uterus, and if I didnt get her spayed she would die. She got spayed last thursday, and afterwards Dr. Hyde told us he made a mistake, there was NO INFECTION. But he spayed her anyway. They kept her overnight, but two days later she let out a blood curdling scream and dropped dead. We called the Animal ER in Sunset, and they told us the only two ways she couldve died were from a blood clot or internal bleeding, which would mean ERZ did not take care of her overnight. I called ERZ crying my eyes out and asked them how they killed my dog and told them they would never have my business again. Dr. Hyde just replied "Oh well." Not even a drop of remorse for killing my baby. I WILL NEVER GO TO ERZ AGAIN. THEY ARE MURDERERS.

Finding a new vet when you move to a new area is as important as finding personal Doc and Dentist. I had several recommendations as I inquired about Vets and I chose ERZ clinic. I have had few reasons since moving here in 2010 to take my dog in other then just general checks ups. Dec 2011 was for infection on the size of her jaw and then came Oct 2013 her health changed quickly and it was time to let her cross Rainbow Bridge. The staff was great and all was handled very well. I appreciate this group.

I have been taking my animals (dogs and cats) to Erz since 1993. I have found both Drs to be good at explaining what was wrong and discussing treatment options. I have found them to be very compassionate about the loss of my pets and appreciate them so much. Some of the negative comments listed do not sound like anyone who works there. Just saying that they do the best they can with difficult situations and truly care about my animals and my family.

Took my dog there to be fixed, 2 days after the surgery my dog let out a scream and died. I have spoke to several vets since then (it happened 4 years ago) and there is no reason for a dog to die 2 days later unless something was left inside her or something else happened during the surgery. she was almost 2 years old and was a very healthy Airedale. I would never go to this vet They killed a member of my family.

The ERZ animal hospital is professional and well run, they are very nice to my dog. The last time I was there the lady at the front desk was super nice. Id recommend making an appointment early in the day, maybe their first appointment if you can. Ive noticed they are happier at the beginning of their workday and have a lot more energy and patience for my dog. Thats a hard job that they do, but they are awesome!

I just had a great experience with this clinic. My cat had been in the ER in Sunset over the weekend, and I brought him in to ERZ for a check up. The receptionist was friendly, the Vet and assistant were very gentle and efficient in caring for my cat, and because it was a quick check up, they didnt charge me for the visit--only for the medication. I would recommend them to anyone.

Weve been bringing our dogs here for eight years. Weve always received great care and the cost is reasonable. They keep good records and the staff is friendly. The only reason for four stars rather than five is the facility is a bit dated and the parking lot is a bit small and awkward to get in and out of. Bottom line, we would recommend ERZ animal hospital.

Dr. Hyde and Dr. Williams are the only vets I trust with my animals. They treat my animals like their own and I highly recommend them. I cant say enough good things about them. They make animals feel calm and I appreciate the fact that they called me after my dog got neutered to make sure I was updated on how things went.

I love taking both my cats and my dog to ERZ. The staff are so friendly and understanding. They listen to your worries and answer any question you have. They are very thourough and I feel like my animals are in really great hands there! I would recomend ERZ ANIMAL HOSPITAL to anyone and everyone!

A few weeks ago our dog was diagnosed with Pyrometra (infection of the uterus). She was bloated and very lethargic. Dr Hyde told us she needed to be operated on ASAP. The surgery was very successful and today we have our normal, howling beagle again. Many thanks to Dr Hyde and his staff.

All 6 of my dogs and cats have always gone to ERZ. Dr Hyde is wonderful and Dr. Van Dyke, the most caring veterinarian Ive ever met. I wouldnt take my fur-babies anywhere else. Ive been to Burch Creek (too expensive) and one in Roy before a friend recommended ERZ 15 years ago.

We had to put down our 15 year old lab and the doctors was very professional and nice, he talked us through the whole procedure and kept reassuring us we were doing the right thing. We will be going back to him for all the veterinary needs for our other two dogs.
