This place actually gets zero stars, but in order to post I had to click on one, because all they care about is how much money you can pay. They dont have any empathy, or compassion at all. Once they found out we couldnt afford $2,000+ who knows how much more, all they wanted to do is put our 6 month old Chihuahua, Dulce, to sleep, which was going to cost over $750, and if we wanted to keep her ashes it would be another $70. From when we first got there I wished we had gone somewhere else . The first questions they asked was if she had gotten hold of marijuana or pills, and they kept asking the same thing over and over. They also told us if we didnt pay the money for the tests to find out what was wrong with her, she would more than likely die by morning. If they could have actually taken the time to check out her symptoms they may have found out she was hypoglycemic. Needless to say she didnt die by morning and all it took to keep her alive was a 99cent bottle of corn syrup!!! When we didnt want her put to sleep they wouldnt let us leave without paying $250 . These people dont belong working with animals, not only are they heartless and have no compassion they are idiots as well. I think we should be refunded our $250 that they extorted from us!!!!!

I do not recommend this place for anyone who loves there animals from the moon and back pretend to love and rip you off at the same time payed for test I still havent got back. not only that told someone else not me that my dog needed to be put to sleep instead told me we can keep her here for a little longer an see how she progress.another 2000...replied yes....smdh I been calling for my doggie test results no response so I started leaving messages I want my money back which is 300.... I get mail a week later sayin its come to our attention you havent been please with our service so you an your sick baby not welcome back....wow.after I spent thousands... animal heaven gone come crashing down on this place money first....Smdh

I brought a cat in tonight that I found on the side of the Road with a broken back among other possible injuries .. The tech seemed annoyed to be doing her job and had zero empathy and a terrible bedside manner. I never even met the vet dr and was instantly sent away after dropping this poor animal off. I even asked if I could stay with him a little while to be told no, and that by surrendering this animal that I am to leave immediately ... I left feeling even worse about leaving this poor cat there ... and now Ill never even know if it continued to suffer after I left or was humanly euthanized...

We couldnt be more thankful for the staff here. My childhood cat of almost 16 years passed away in my moms arms late last week. Not only were they friendly, but fairly priced as well. They let us say goodbye for as long as we wanted and gave us all of our options. We didnt feel pressured to purchase anything in that moment, but did choose a paw print. We even had a few days to decide on if we wanted the ashes or not. I dont think there could have been better care in that moment of need than what we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Marcus did a great job with our very ill puppy-in the end, he had to refer us to a specialist due to the many issues and different medications, however we appreciated that as we had no idea where to turn next. Only downside to this Vet is the wait times. We have been there many times with various dogs and its always seems to be at shift-change time and we spend 3-4 hours there.

My vet recommended this place because my pet is having repeated fractures without obvious reason. After reading the reviews here I became rather uneasy about this place, but called to make an appointment anyway. Their earliest opening is in 2 (two) weeks. I hope my pet is going to get well by then on its own, because an appointment in 2 weeks is obviously useless to me and my pet

Love this facility, the staff and the doctors. Always very friendly and willing to do what it takes to help your pet. There for any emergency at anytime! I have been here multiple times and have never once had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs their fur baby taken care of.

Great place, open 24 hours. They are always happy to scan a stray for a chip. They are prompt and friendly. Prices are a bit higher due to them being an emergency vet service.

Gave no instructions for Giardia for dog, only medication. Disease reoccurred days later and they refused to refill prescription without another expensive "exam."
