I HOPE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT TAKING YOUR PET HERE AFTER READING THIS. I took my 12 year old weimaraner here because his paw swelled up... look like he had a splinter because it was bleeding in one little spot.. so when I took him in for our very first visit it was a bit of a struggle. He has really bad hips and doesnt do well walking on tile and or slippery floors. So I sat on the floor with him to calm him down and the first thing the Dr does is scold me because Im babying him too much. (this is my first visit doesnt say hi, doesnt introduce himself) he briefly looks at my dogs paw while we are sitting on the ground... then we go into a room... waited 30 minuets. The nurse came in took his temperature examined his paw.. said he could have stepped on a bee.. ok, yea, maybe... so finally the Dr comes in.. lays him down looks at his paw and tells me because of his age he thinks its cancer ...... didnt ask me any questions... when it started, how his energy levels were, if hes eating.. nothing. Only thing he asked me is how much he weighs, I didnt know so we had to walk him to the scale.... and by walk I mean THE DOCTOR DRAGGED HIM AND PUSHED HIM ACROSS THE FLOOR. Didnt even care my dog was crying. Got his weight then printed me out what the procedure estimates were... which were x rays, x ray examination, blood work, 2 different types of injectable antibiotics, 2 different oral antibiotics totaling 968.00.....first off you scolded me about how I take care of MY dog and now YOU DRAGGED MY DOG ACROSS THE FLOOR and now you want 1,000 dollars?! I paid for the examine and oral antibiotics... and in the mean time my dog pissed twice in their front room. Clearly well deserved. Drove away and realized they didnt give me the print out of what was charged. Went back not even 5 mins later after leaving, spoke to the front desk lady (nice young girl) she apologized that she over charged my card by 30 cents no big deal whatever... but then she continued and apologized to me more than once for the doctors behaviors to me and my dog. She said " I know hes stressed but thats no reason to treat you the way he did" I told her we wouldnt be coming back. I really hope after reading this you have decided to keep looking for a different vet. And one last thing. I want my money back. Makes me sick that I paid for that kind of terrible service!

I took my 3 month old Chihuahua mixed with Miniature Pinscher to have an initial exam done. The Veterinarian on duty at the time was in surgery with another animal and I felt he did not give his all into the examination. The results were to monitor his diaharea and bring him back in if any more blood. Good news no more blood, however he has an inguinal hernia. I thought he just had big testicles and was NOT informed of his hernia at the time of examination. I called 2 WEEKS AFTER the examination date to ask about "swolen testicles". The Veterinarian then informed me of his findings of the inguinal hernia over the telephone 2 weeks after. Why was I not informed of this DURING EXAMINATION? It does not seem right to withhold that kind of information regarding the health and wellness of a pet. Camelback Animal Clinic about 1 week after to see how he was doing and still did not inform me of their findings during the initial exam. It was not till I called 2 weeks after that the Veterinarian informed me of his findings. My pet is ok, however I feel it is not right to withhold information regarding the health of a living being.

All they want is your money. The vet is actually a nice guy and cares about your animal, but the front desk and vet techs are always trying to upsell you on EVERYTHING. They did not document my dogs right age so they over vaccinated her and gave me some excuse as to why she needed more. I brought her in for a swollen eye and throwing up, my bill was $500 because of all the meds they suggested. They also said if I got pet Insurance it would pay for the prescription dog food the vet would prescribe me, yeah nope total lie. So basically from going to this place for vaccinations, a swollen eye, throwing up and kennel cough Im out close to $2000!

While I cant say anything bad about them, this is the site of my old coffee shop. I was the business partner brought on by Cesar near the end of Dolce Espressos life. To little, too late. His addiction to pain killers gave his business venture a one-way ticket to nowhere. I truly miss that place cuz coffee shop owner was on my bucket list, this list being of all the end game scenarios for my life. I cannot take my dog to this vet because I cant go to the site of all my happiness, joy, sorrow and regret without updating in my heart.

Took by baby girl Roxie in for the first time today. The place was very clean, the staff were very nice. They were very patient and sweet to Roxie. She was very nervous. Im bringing my other dog in next week for his shots. Im so happy to find my new vets office, and right around the corner from my house.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. First off, the vet tech with the purple hair is a joke, clearly has no idea what shes doing. The Dr. was a nice guy, but definitely in the business to give you a high bill, not to properly diagnose your pet. Take your pet elsewhere, you have been warned.

My dogs were treated gently, and the staff took their time discussing my concerns and options. I will continue with this vet for health and "spaw day" services as long as I live in Phoenix!
