If I good give a worse review I would. My puppy had Parvo and they kept her over night and told me she was good to go home even after testing strong for parvo. They sent her home with nausea medicine. She continued to get sicker and I call to bring her back in and they tell me to bring her in the next day. We bring her in and she cant be seen at the time agreed upon. We bring her back at the second agreed upon time. At this point she is beyond sick and Im extremely upset. They tell us she still wont be seen for a while. I then requested the the records and proceeded to Valley Vet Hospital. I would definitely give them 5 stars. Apex had no concern for my dogs well being. Sad.

This is the only animal hospital in Helena that does not consistently honor the free vet checkup for animals adopted through the Lewis and Clark Humane Society. I took my newly adopted dog to this clinic and experienced rude customer service from the staff at the front desk, who refused to honor this free checkup for my dog. The vet, however, was very good, friendly and helpful during the appointment itself. I sent a letter to the office manager in an attempt to resolve the problem and never heard back from that person. This clinic could have gained a loyal, long-term customer with a simple response to my problem. I will not be returning.

Always caring and accommodating. Out cat was having some issues that required a urine sample. She was stubborn one day and they couldnt get one successfully so they didnt charge us for that day she was there. The vets always explain everything well and provides options for you to make the best decisions for your pet

Great staff, compassionate vets, a nice clean location, and good prices all around. Our vet took the time to explain everything to us and recommend treatment options without pushing. They worked with our shy dog until she was comfortable without sending her into a panic.
