I am pleased with my experience with Dr. Haynes and his staff. His treatment solved a problem of 18 months duration and helped me avoid surgery or more expensive testing and physical therapy. Recommended! I came to him with a shoulder injury of many months duration. The immobility and pain was increasing to an intolerable point. He was very through in his initial evaluation, treatment plan and treatments. Due to the extent of trauma and the bodys response, my injury required a series of treatments. I noticed improvement immediately - although as I mentioned a series treatments was required. Later in the treatment he performed a secondary assessment, moved my progress forward another leap, and taught me how to participate in the treatment through daily therapy applied by me in my home. I am now using my shoulder in a way I had wondered if it would ever be possible to do. I am now able to start exercising and strength building while resolving the last lingering small mobility issues. I appreciate his professionalism and interest in making me whole. He definitely receives my recommendation.

I never was a fan -- or a believer in -- the crack-and-pop type of chiropractics. In fact, I can best be described as a skeptic. However, when tension and pain in my shoulder started becoming permanent and chronic, I got desperate and got a recommendation from a friend whose knowledge I trust. Boy! Was I ever glad I did! From the very first appointment, Dr. Haynes won me over. He was professional, gentle ... and most of all, effective. VERY effective. It didnt feel like he did very much -- there was no pain, no crunching, no big dramatic show -- and Ill admit to walking out of the office wondering. But the next morning, there was no doubt. The difference I felt in both my shoulder discomfort and my overall balance and posture was absolutely amazing. Each treatment after that nibbled away at pain, muscle, and skeletal issues that Ive been just living with for years, and after only two weeks, I felt so remarkably better overall that any doubt I might have had were gone. As a young woman of 21, my car was rear ended which left me with a whip lash injury. Ive been a chiropractic patient ever since. Over the past decades Ive had many adjustments which cost a lot of money, time, money and uncomfortable manipulations. I was introduced to a new form of treatment; a method that didnt require physical manipulation. Its called Chiro-Plus-Kinesiology (CPK). I been going to Haynes Chiropractic for a couple years. Dr. Haynes is an extraordinary health care practitioner. Initially I went to him with chronic lower back pain. He told me up front what I was looking at for a treatment plan. He was spot on. While I still have other muscle issues, in other areas, my lower back is no longer causing me great pain - really it has not bothered me at all. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure my welfare is assured. It is obvious he cares about his patients. He treats both me and my father and we are both very happy with our care. Both Dr. Haynes and Linda make our experience feel like we are part of friends and family.

I first had an issue about 1 1/2 years ago. Dr. Haynes got me aligned without pain and taught me several exercises that have strengthened not only my back, but my core and other muscles that did not get regular use. The way he finds the spots that need attention is like no other doctor Ive ever been to. The work he has done on my back has helped me as I have been coaching and playing soccer for the past couple of years. I feel as though I understand what my body needs and how to make it stronger as I get older.

Dr Haynes uses the Toftness method of chiropractic. I searched Phoenix and found him. I had a chiropractor in MN that used this method and I always got relief so I searched when I came to AZ. This method works and he is great to work with. I have gone to chiropractors that use other methods and never get relief from Carpal Tunnel but with this method I have immediate relief and it lasts. I send everyone to him. My friends get the same help.

I highly recommend Dr. Haynes. I have been coming into his office for a few years now and he has helped me with several issues, including a ruptured disc. I love that he does more than just manipulate your spine, he works with the muscles around the back that are pulling the spine out of place and I find that very beneficial because I have a lot of tension in my back.

Dr. Haynes is not just a chiropractor that fixes your pain as long as you come back every month. He actually takes the time to figure out what is causing your pain and then uses therapy and muscle stimulation to help your pain stay gone! Only Chiroptactic I will go to when I need one. This guy knows what he is doing. Numerous times Ive thrown my back out and had a couple instances of a rib being out. Neither feels good and if not worked on, take forever to heal. Dr Haynes quickly works the issue and by the next day way better. Like most body work, it takes a couple days to fully sink in. Highly recommended
