The female front desk receptionist who was working yesterday around 1pm was extremely passive aggressive and rude with me over the phone. I called to cancel my appointment for today due to my work schedule. She made a statement about how it has been a long time since Ive been in and they keep reaching out to me with no luck of scheduling me, that I should just call them when Im ready. This was not said professionally, she was acting as if IM a bother to them. I found that to be unprofessional given that every time THEY call me, I tell them that my work schedule and travels are crazy this season and Ill reach out to them when Im available. I explained this to her, which she responded with how theyre required to call everyone on a list they receive daily. That if I dont want them to contact me to tell them and theyll take me off. I asked her to please take me off, that I still really like them and want to come in, that I just am unable to schedule it on their time. She immediately overreacted and said, "This isnt on OUR time, this is on YOUR time." With such a disgusting attitude for no reason. Wish I could write the tone of her voice. I interrupted her stupidity and said, "If YOU are continuously contacting ME than yes, it is your time. Either way, I will contact you." It was unnecessary for me to know their internal To Dos, it was unnecessary for her to mention how hard it has been for them to get me to schedule, as if I should feel guilty? It was even more unnecessary for her to interrupt me with an irritated tone "OKAY, HAVE A NICE DAY." Click. Extremely passive aggressive. At first I was going to let it go, but I could tell from her voice she isnt some young 21 year old whos lacking experience. She is a woman. Fully capable of being professional and unemotional regarding clients that are NOT hers. I called back and asked to speak with her supervisor. She replied with such a laughable confidence that the doctor is her supervisor and would I like to speak with him. I said yes, she said hes with a patient. I asked her to have him contact me. She asked for my number (which they have since they call weekly). I followed up with, "if I dont hear from him today, I will call again tomorrow." Her response? "OH, you WILL hear from him today." Click. Rude. I still havent heard from the doctor, so now Ive decided to leave this review. Pretty sure its the first negative review Ive ever left. But I no longer can respect this establishment if they choose to support their staff who is giving them a bad image. I also want to add, in hopes the staff and doctor read this... I am a beauty professional well established in Phoenix. I am very well connected in the community. I provide services for employees of local news and magazines, owners of many types of businesses, etc. I wear many hats in my industry and have been in it for over a decade. I have business cards for my doctors, this dentistry, tanning, my aesthetician, my fitness trainer, etc. in my salon. Whenever asked, I recommend what I know. I will never recommend this location again. Dr. Ps staff down the road has asked me to come in repeatedly as I provide beauty services for the staff. I remained loyal to Kierland because I had such a wonderful experience with you guys last year. I think Ill make a switch and place their cards in my salon instead. To Dr. Kim: your front desk represents YOU. If ANY of my staff behaved the way yours did to me, theyd be fired instantly because it is NOT their business at stake, it is mine. They have NO right to take a client cancellation so personally. I suggest you rid yourself of the immature woman you have and keep the sweet older man that calls. Hes always very professional, understanding, and most importantly CALM. Just think, what a shame that not only are you losing one client but hundreds of potential clients as well. I see on average 200 people in a week, with 10% of that being new clients, that quickly adds up.

Every time I walk through the doors of Kierland Dental, I know that I will be greeted with kindness, courteousness and hospitality by Dr. Kim and his expertly-trained staff. The office is simply beautiful and conveniently located among the Kierland Commons shops. Dr. Kim is a trusted dentist and his many years of experience have given him a gentle, calm demeanor which I truly appreciate. He is more than happy to answer any and all questions before proceeding with treatment and is so patient in offering explanations. I recently decided to pursue Invisalign as a treatment to straighten my teeth. Being a responsible consumer, I performed research on several other dentists and orthodontists to give myself a full array of choices before I proceeded. I asked a lot of questions and received price quotes. After doing my comparisons, I objectively felt the most comfortable with Dr. Kim at Kierland Dental. I am 6 weeks into my Invisalign treatment and am very enthusiastic to see what my smile will look like when the year is finished. I cant recommend Kierland Dental highly enough. This practice aspires to offer the most advanced and professional dental care while prioritizing client relationships and comfort above all else. You will leave with a brighter smile, literally and figuratively, when choosing Kierland Dental.

Dr. Kim has been my familys dentist for almost 15years. He is the most honest, kind, gentle, caring and patient dentist there is. I use to work in the dental field, so I know a thing or two about dentistry and I can honestly say he is a true diamond in the rough. I have a 19yr old, 5 yr old and a 4yr old and we all see Dr. Kim, my two little ones since the age of 2. They are both apprehensive but Dr. Kim and the staff are so good they are able to calm them down and make it a pleasant experiance everytime they go. My grandmother who is 87 yrs old, also goes to Dr Kim for her dentures. He does most everything in office which is so convienient. I highly reccommend Dr. Kim!! Christy

Dr. Kim is an amazing dentist! I have had many dentists in my life and Dr. Kim is the best! Dr. Kim only suggests things that you need and there is never any pressure. You can feel that Dr. Kim and his team really care about your dental health, and they are there to serve you. I am currently going through the Invisalign process to straighten my teeth and correct a horrible overbite. Dr. Kim is implementing an advanced technique to complete the Invisalign process in half the normal time, and I am very happy with the results! Thank you so much Dr. Kim for all the work you have done to improve my smile and dental health. I could not be happier.

I have been going to my aunt, who is a dentist, my whole life. When I moved to Arizona, I was hesitant about going to a new dentist but I am so lucky I happen to find Dr Kim at Kierland Dental. The office is very clean and all of the staff members remembered who I was as soon as I walked in after going once 6 months ago. Dr Kim is very professional, friendly, and truly cares for his patients. The location is also very convenient since its located at the mall. I highly recommend Dr Kim.
