Not professional! I am not a satisfied customer to say the least. This is a prepaid dentist that has you pay for the service before you get it done which I can appreciate and I am sure it cuts down on their collection costs. I went in for a root canal and was charged $387.47 which I completely agreed with after my insurance covered what it could but a month after paying what I was told would be the amount due for the operation I received a bill outlining extras that they had thought would be covered. When I called them back the number had been disconnected and I was unable to get ahold of them for two weeks until I actually drove back into the office. It was at this time that they told me their number had changed and they had not updated it with yellow pages or left a recording with the old number to provide their customers with their new number. Not only this but the charges would not be discounted or waived even though I was told originally that the initial payment was all I would need to make. Not impressed by their professionalism, not impressed by the operation, and not impressed by their way of billing. I could have had the same operation done a block away for less but since their original quote to me was less I went there. I paid what they claimed I owed them since I had no other choice and am never returning there again. Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer.

They really do work with you! Especially how expensive dental work can be, they try theyre best to accommodate any budget. My whole family comes to this place:) It was my first time at Hillside Dental and I thought it was just a simple check up then turned into a wisdom tooth extraction. I was so afraid, I really hate dentists and anyone messing with my mouth. But staff was really nice and even the new intern was really friendly. Then I realized that I couldnt afford getting sedated which was really terrible since I really get bad anxiety attacks at the dentist office if Im there too long. So now you can tell how much I really hate the dentist! But then the night before my appointment, I got a lovely phone call that somehow I can get sedated for no cost! it was really the best news ever considering how scared I was just getting my cavities filled in, let alone a wisdom tooth extraction. SO THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!! I really couldnt imagine going through getting my wisdom tooth out with just numb mouth.

Dr. Ron and his staff have done an incredible job taking care of the dental needs for me and my family. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares about his patients. The hygienists are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The office staff is incredibly easy to work with and sends friendly text and phone call reminders. My kids actually enjoy going to Hillside Dental because they can watch movies from the dental chair. I highly recommend Dr. Ron and Hillside Dental.

This is honestly the best cleaning I have had in the 50+ years of going to the dentist. The hygienist was not only thorough but careful. My gums werent chewed up when she was finished. Great job! Dr. Kent was awesome in replacing a leaky crown. I especially appreciated his carefulness and how he explained all he was doing as he worked on the tooth. The new crown was one of the best Ive had. Great fit. He didnt have to use a hammer to get it to fit into my mouth. Three thumbs up!

I was hoping to find a dentist with the "ma and pa" feel and found Hillside Dental. My last dentist office was always changing doctors and were very pushy about "what you need". These guys will make you feel welcome, are very trust worthy, and are a perfect model in what a dentist office should be. I even saw the receptionist come out from the back and sit with one of the customers like friends. I know them by name now and ALWAYS feel amazing about my experience when I leave.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. They were very rude and unprofessional. They acted like they were put out because I had a toothache and did not come in with perfect teeth. Utahs favorite dentist? That is very egotistical of a dentist that has the dentist chair side manner of orangutan. The receptionist are not any better. She is very vapid and short with you.

The Hillside Dental staff is awesome and so easy to work with! They are the most wonderful at what they do. We came to them from the Pedatric dental when my kids were old enough and have been with them for many years now! They are easy to get into when you have a problem and you are their number one priority! Thanks to all of you at Hillside. We love you!! Lisa McCord

I have been there for teeth cleaning, for problems with teeth from work done by someone else, they give me there best attention and best advice. Just called to verify an appointment and was greeted with friendliness and they were most helpful finding the date and time. Even offered to change it for me if it wasnt a good day and/or time. They are the best.

Great dentist! Was very glad that he could help explain why I was having intermittent sensitivity on a tooth and what we needed to do with it going forward. My other dentist couldnt explain it and didnt seem to want to try finding out. Very impressed that Dr. Scoville listened to me and helped me with my problem!

SAY THE WORD DENTIST! AND MOST PEOPLE THINK PAIN. WELL THEY NEED TO SEE DR. SCOVILLE, WE HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM FOR OVER A YEAR AND WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER. DR. SCOVILLE IS VERY CARING AND HE EXPLAINS EACH STEP OF ANY PROCEDURE, BEFORE AND DURING. DO YOURSELF AND FAMILY A FAVOR AND GO FOR A CHECK-UP TODAY..

I have seen Dr. Oberg and Dr. Ron. They are both fantastic dentists and I am always satisfied with the work they do. Dr. Ron is fast and does incredible work. Dr. Oberg is a little slower but very meticulous and also does an incredible job. You couldnt go wrong with either of them, both are great!

Great dentist. So friendly and relaxing, you can even watch tv while they clean your teeth. I have had bad experiences going to the dentist as a child and I would recommend these guys. They tell you what they are going to do before they do it, give shots very carefully, and put you at ease.

If you wanna feel comfortable at the dentist then go to Dr. Scoville! I like the office cause it doesnt have all the bells & whistles like some places where it makes it seem like thats mostly what youre paying for. He makes you feel comfy & the staff is really nice:)
